A link with DeepL results in quality translated collections and products. Customer assistance from the dev team was fast, accurate and very helpful both times we needed them. すぐに返事がくるし、なんでも対応してくれるのでサポートが素晴らしいです。 機能も使いやすく、自動で通過も変換してくれるので大変便利だと思います。 ただ、翻訳は修正が必要ですが、自動翻訳にしてはしっかり翻訳されてます。

This is the best app available for translations. Their customer support is awesome. LangShop has also made it possible to integrate with other apps that do not offer translation, and to get the output translated.

全て英語になりますが、質問してからの対応がとても迅速丁寧で、文章だけの説明だけでなく、画像を使うなど視覚的にも分かり易く、信頼のおけるアプリだと思います。前回は評価4としましたが、今までのサービスに満足していることと、これからのサービスにも期待したいという気持ちを込め、満点の5に変更させていただきます。 （2020.11.24）商品を日本と海外にも販売するため、通貨変換のためLangShopアプリを使いましたが、円表記に少数点が表示されてしまいサポートデスクに相談したところ、すぐに対応いただけました。全て英語での対応にはなってしまうこと（-1ポイント）、現地との時差があるのでやりとりに若干時間を要しますが、対応はとてもスピーディーで満足のいくものでした。

I really recommend this app, it may seem expensive but you're saving a lot of stress, time, and money in the long run because it's seamless and professional. It integrated really well and on a Sun at 8:30pm I was able to chat directly with a customer service rep. to fix an issue I was having. Translations are a big part of expanding your reach to an international market without having to fully upgrade to multiple domains or Shopify Plus until you're ready.

This app for translating multilingual shopify stores is simply mindblowingly amazing. I spent quite a lot of time checking different translation apps for my store. And it finally came down to a few important decisions apart from translating the most obvious text: 1. Translating notifications - and 2. Translating dynamic text. The Langshop app does those tasks excellently. Meaning - all notifications - like order confirmations - are automatically translated. Also - where other apps failed in dynamic translations - Langapp does the work. But not only that - the tech support is simply outstanding and World Class. They are there for you 24/7. They have never failed me solving any of my issue. They are great communicators. They even offer dynamic live translations of your chat language - so you can communicate in any language you like. I tried danish and swedish - it worked perfectly. Who does that? Langshop tech support does that! Also - they have instructional videos - pdf instructions and they are super willing to teach you as well as solve your issues themselves right away if your are in a hurry - or if you are not that tech minded yourself. This being said - I now had the app for some weeks - so I tested it all pretty thoroughly. This review is not impulsive. My sincere thanks to the entire Langshop support team - who have almost become my friends in the huge process of translating my store. They always end chat by claiming that they love helping you again and again! Who does that? Langshop tech support does that! I highly recommend the Langshop app for multilingual sites. Go for it.

Egal zu welcher Zeit, es ist immer jemand da der Dir hilft. In der Regel sogar immer der selbe Ansprechpartner. Dayana springt sogar oft selber kurz in mene Programmierung und ändert für mich die Sprache oder die Währung wenn ich es alleine nicht hinbekomme. Ich bin wirklich begeistert von diesem Support!

1 day in and I love this app. So many ways to tweak each translation within the app to get things perfect inside the app and the custom support is second to none. 5 stars from me. Def recommend!

j'aime le support, le service client est toujours disponible pout tout. il faut apprendre a utiliser cet application et vous verrez. mais il faut surveiller la traduction automatique pour le corriger.
