Sin duda la mejor app y plataforma de Email Marketing para todo ecommerce. Sus posibilidades son casi infinitas, muy fácil de utilizar e intuitiva. Su atención al cliente es excelente, rápida y eficiente. Permite automatizar todo lo que te imagines y más, ahorrando tiempo y generando € en piloto automático. ¡La recomiendo al 100%!

Update: Klaviyo reached out and resolve the issue; I am giving 4 stars to reflect the resolution. Thanks. -- I subscribed paid plan on last Sunday for $100. I requested for a refund as I realized their UI isn't intuitive and they charge way more than other companies and I have not used for a single day. They just send me an email with their policy saying that they will NOT refund the money even after I explained to their support and the time of contact was within 5 mins of subscription. So tell me anyone who do not agree that this is their tactics that they want to suck all the money they can from new eCommerce store owners like me. Their support is poor and their product isn't as high performing like other people saids, and that's why they have no refund policy. If you are new to eCom business owners, I strongly advise you to stay away from Klaviyo, who does not give a dame about their customers or potential customers. They don't give money back for any reason, even if you have rigimate reason and contact you right away. Please don't get the idea of where people use for half of month and asking for a refund. I requested a refund 5 minutes after I realized their plan wouldn't work for my business. Be aware of this company who will suck your money out of you every chance they get. I would highly recommend Omnisend over Klaviyo and I would stop people from using Klaviyo. Amazed by their lack of professionalism and their policy who doesn't give a damn about people. 0 Star for this institute. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Sämta appen jag har varit med om, har gett dom två chanser för jag ville verkligen få detta att fungera men det går bara inte. ingen support, ingen live chat, inget telefonnummer. Du vet inte hur mycket du ska betala tills du får en faktura på tusentals kronor. Hela systemet är gammalt och svårt och avancerat att använda. Jag recommender inte denna överdrivet dyra app med ingen support bakom tyvärr. Jag beklagar att höra om din negativa upplevelse med appen. I’m new to Klaviyo, so I can’t say much about the system yet. What I can say is that I just had a 10/10 experience with their live chat support, thanks to Monika J. I had issues with our Shopify sync and email list, and Monika was incredibly patient and thorough. She not only resolved my issues but also provided additional recommendations, articles, and links to help me improve the integration between Shopify and Klaviyo. This level of customer service makes me confident in staying as a Klaviyo customer. Thank you, Monika J.—she deserves a pay rise, Klaviyo!

We don't use SMS so based on my experience with Klaviyo as an EMS it is the best one out there in terms of functionality and accessibility. If you can't do what you want with Klaviyo then you can always use Integrations to add to the functionality. And if you need more functionality than that then you need to write custom software for your bespoke needs.
