We absolutely LOVE Klayvio. 10/10 recommend

Easy program to use and great way to grow sales

I left Klaviyo after a month or so about a year ago for no reason other than I already had a bunch of subscribers with another service. But I recently smartened up and went back to Klaviyo. The support alone blows most away, but the entire system is so powerful. I now realize it's foolish running a business through Shopify without it.

Great tool, excellent customer support. A lot of technical things to learn before you can effectively use it for the best results. But it seems there is a solution to almost every issue that occurs. Email deliverability is especially tricky, but there a many great tools provided by Klaviyo.

The support I received from Miranda was wonderful! She went above and beyond in providing both education on site setup and also helping me find workarounds to get the outcome I was looking for. Would highly recommend reaching out to support with any questions!
