Support is terrible. 24/5 live chat is unmanned through out the week. Email support is extremely slow and keeps sending useless articles. The data is helpful. The only reason we stayed is because Omnisend doesn't have A/B test for emails Thank you for the feedback. A member of our support team has reached out to you and is eager to help out!

I’d been banging my head against a wall trying to sort out a Klaviyo issue, and Danielle from CS just got it. Super clear, patient, and actually helpful — no waffle. Newer user but so far lightyears beyond our experiences with Constant Contact and MailChimp! Ease of setup and deliverability have both been much better not to mention the design templates are pretty great out of the box. We're so happy to hear this - thank you for the 5-stars! ⭐
