Just sent my first email today and I gotta say... I liked it! I love the freedom I have with the templates, font, color customization, etc. It's fairly easy to edit themes. The navigation and figuring things out as a Newby was only a little difficult, but I think I've got the hang of it. The free plan is really good, so I'm considering upgrading. Thanks!

I have to say this is a game changer! Im new to this and I jut installed it yesterday, but so far so good! It makes email marketing look so easy!

I use Klaviyo to send out automated emails and newsletter campaigns. It's very easy to use. I love the drag and drop features. Be sure to watch the videos to help you get started.

So far so good, app is amazing. It is very easy to use as well. Migrating from my previous provider was so easy. I cannot wait to use all the features on this app. They can make a little improvement on the newsletter by making desktop view same a mobile view.

I have some difficulties with certain things, but overall Klayvio is really easy to use and their customer support is quite responsive.

The best app I have run across by a wide margin. I installed it while taking the email marketing 101 course and it was super useful. Made a lot of the tasks and objectives WAY easier. This is big.

Klaviyo for ecommerce is great! Easy to use, great support, great webinar and knowledge sessions. Been easy to sync up with various tech platforms.

Lots of cool templates available to help you get started right away with your email marketing. But I use mostly for segmenting customers, immediate thank you notes for new orders, and customized abandoned order email. The flows are easy to modify. The analytics are clear. I have yet to fully maximize Klaviyo but I am happy thus far. Oh and the support is excellent!

The absolute worst customer service of any app that I used on my online store. Will not respond to your questions and when the do respond, after days gone by, they respond with a useless link to a topic that was never your question or concern in the first place.

It's such a good app with so many free features that were a game changer for my business! Its easy to use and I couldnt recommend it more!

Recently switched from Mailchimp; the difference is eye opening. Klaviyo lays out the campaigns, lists, and workflows in a very intuitive manner. Mailchimp is good for inly entry level mailing lists (free), but once your numbers start to grow, switching to Klaviyo is a must.

I love that i can mange my shopify account from one place. klaviyo has optimized my page and helped me better track my metric.

This app is great even for the free version! We were able to create newsletters, send out promos to customers. I haven’t found anything that I don’t like about it yet! Great product!

servizio clienti impeccabile, veloce e molto preciso. Mi ha aiutato tantissimo a capire certi meccanismi e a far funzionare correttamente l'integrazione con Shopify (purtroppo si bloccava).

Really useful and easy to use. Definitely would recommend. Keeping track of customers is really easy and it's fun to create the flows.

i love this app but damn there customer service sucks so bad... tried contacting customer service because i forgot my password, but never got back to me. i tried reseting my password where you log in and never even work its like it was broken i couldnt even make a new account i dont know what happen but i was satisfied with that for sure

I love the app, but since nothing is perfect, the free plan is a bit limitation and the step towards a bigger plan is kind of steep.

Klaviyo is an excellent tool, and is structured in a way that makes the most of customer data. It's fully integrated with Shopify. The flows that come out of the box are valuable ways to attract new customers and automate marketing/customer support. You can segment and focus different campaigns on VIP customers. Their success and support teams are great. We are converts from Mailchimp and won't look back.

Great app to get started. It is a little complicated to grasp at first but once you get the hang of it. It works well and it is free to start..
