操作がわからなくてチャットで問い合わせをしましたが、丁寧に教えてくれ解決することができました。ただ、日本語での対応でない為、翻訳しながら操作したので少し時間はかかりました。日本語で対応いただけるともっとスムーズではあると感じましたが、画面コピーをしてチェックするところを教えてくれたりして、親切でした。

The app is super good and the team is very helpful when you have a question - so defo rate the customer service/chat

Service was quick and amazing! The app was having an issue with the specific theme I was using, but a simple chat had it fixed in a couple of minutes.

Just downloaded it and so far works perfectly! Many options and great customer service. Thank you so much for a great app!

So far so good! Vitalii was super helpful getting the app set up properly. It was easy to set up, yet when questions were asked, they were quickly answered. Super happy with the setup process.

I had a question regarding the pre-order button, and they answered immediately! The pre order app is really easy to use. You can set up shipping dates, set a a date limit for pre-order and discounts. Very easy

wonderful support and super easy to personalise our site. great step by step process and you are able to duplicate your 1st step up for another product making it super fast to create pre orders on multiple products. highly recommend this app.

Had a simple pre-order use case to be used headless through the Storefront API and it's working great so far. Didn't find documentation explaining how to do it (nor really searched it for to be honest), but it was super easy to set up. Will revisit this review once we are live if anything wrong happens (cause you guys are pushy in your dashboard to get reviews, had to do one early for my peace of mind ;))

Just downloaded and super easy to use and integrate so far! Happy to update review if things change but no complaints.

I been using the app just for a day but everything works perfect. I had a small issue with the Pre Sale button but I chatted with Vitalii and he resolved all my questions and issues very fast. The only thing that is and issue for me, is that there is no option to not sell when the products run out of stock and I have diferent limits to each variation, but it is manageable. Over all is a great app!

Once I understood how to navigate through the app, it was pretty easy to use. I haven't had a person use the presale option yet but I'm excited to see it in action.

This app does exactly what i needed it to do. The other apps didn't work properly and this is the first one I've used that works. Even when i had an issue, the support team helped me out immediately. Would recommend.
