the app is fairly simple to set up. I ran into a problem trying to link it to my store and when i needed help i used the chat feature to ask a representative my problem was solved way faster than what i was trying to do.

So simple to use and extremely helpful team. I have the app installed on a few of my products at https://inspiredspark.com.au so if I sell out I want pre order available. There is quite a lot of personalisation available too which is great. Highly recommended!

Got great help from Andrian to guide me through the whole process. The app is very user-friendly for a newbie like me. Everything is pretty straightforward and if there's hiccup on the way, the team is right there to assist, best deal for a free deal. Great product so far, it provided a fix for my solution. Even greater than that, I was having a little trouble with the setup, but the help staff was responsive and helped me sort it out really quickly. I look forward to the advancements that i am sure are soon to come :)

This is a great feature to have if you sell out of items but don't want to lose the sale or if you have a new product launch and want to get customers to preorder.

takes a few minutes to get setup and understand the flow of steps but once you do it's very easy to use and configure. if you are in need of setting up pre-orders I recommend this app

Had trouble setting up my pre-order due to an update but Vitalii was great and super fast. Definitely give this app a try!

Does what it needs to, the support was mega fast and awesome. I would definitely recommend this app. I am using it for the purpose of creating a back order button for dropship purposes so works very well for it.
