An widget was automatically installed to where I don't want. But with their fast reply & the help, it became perfect!

I haven't actually used it yet, but I had an issue with verification and contacted support. Support responded immediately AND solved my issue in seconds! So things are looking good so far.

We highly recommend the Judge.me app. In a world of "chat" assistance that it's very common to wait for long periods of time only not to have the correct solution, Judge.me shines above the rest! Practically immediate response and more impressive, a solution that they completed within minutes of establishing out chat.

Seriously the BEST reviews app!!!! There are so many ways to customize your shop reviews, even if you only have the free account. Customer service is really helpful as well. I never sell the same product twice, and I was having a hard time finding a review app that allows me to put all the reviews on my shop homepage, rather than on a specific product. Judge.me has every sort of customization option possible. I will most likely end up paying the monthly subscription fee to get all the benefits. If anyone deserves my money, its Judge.me!
