I've only been using Judge.me for a couple days but so far my expectations have been exceeded. Installation was easy, and when I did have a question, they were available immediately via chat and solved my issue!

I needed to merge some reviews to a varied product id. To my surprise there was a real person behind the chatbot, and they resolved my issue within about 2 minutes.
