The app is good but some things are a bit difficult to navigate, however the help chat is SO HELPFUL. I was speaking with Soufiane and he was helping me to import reviews from a previous third part app and I was having difficulty. He told me to do one thing and he did the rest. My day was made. Thank you so much!

It's easy to set up with some help from Judge.me's Customer Service. Shoutout to Soufiane who helped us smooth out any kinks from the set up. So far it is serving the purpose and it's free which is even better.

I just installed the app and try to learn how to use it but I'm glad to come across Ron, who is in the tech support team. He helps me immediately, above and beyond expectation. Not just only with what i have question but he also help my to finish some of the set up. So far I have a great start with the app and the team.

The absolute best review app that there is out there. 15 USD a month (at the time of this review), packed with features to the brim and has never failed us once. The cost hasn't changed either since we got it, and they keep adding new features. Easy to use, set up and run. They deserve their 5 stars, and more!
