We have been using this app for a number of years now and we simply love it! It is a great way to collect individual reviews from clients, both on store and products. It creates additional interaction and traffic for us and helps in revenue generation. The management dashboard allows for full control. Judge.me is integrated with many other applications, adding greatly to its value. We use it in conjuction with several other apps on our store as well as in our native Vajro mobile apps for iOS and Android. Support is simply excellent and although we have hardly had to use it (because the app just works), when we have needed support the chat is almost instant. Most recently we were supported by Lam who addressed a small issue we faced in near real time. All in all we highly recommend Judge.me, we have found it simply the best reviews app out there for Shopify. UPDATE: Just used support again and was assisted by Mohamed. Support was immediate, fast and a solution provided in minutes. Simply an amazing team of people behind an amazing app!

Just installed the app, loks amazing, plenty of options available even on the free plan. Had some styling related problems, support was more than helpful, fixed the problem in no time. Highly recommend. Another interaction with support regarding some customizations. Great service as ever!

Very nice app. The reviews work like its described. You have all the features you need for free. If you want more customization you can subscribe to their plan. The support is also great!

App lacks some customisable features, but overall very good and the customer support is second to none
