This is a great app for collecting customer review in text OR photo/video form. I like all the features, it has verified reviews and you have lot more functionality for custom management. Customer service is a plus, very fast and responsive.

I just downloaded it so we shall see. So far so good and i did not have to add any code everything was automatic, which is what i needed.
