"An"& others from the support team helped assist my store, it was a pleasure to get such good customer support that would listen and find the best solution to the problem that I was having which was the star colors different colors on landing vs collections pages. Overall the best review app out of all, that is for my case. Tried others, they just have a off-pudding look to them or don't fit well with many themes.

I've been using the free version of this app for over a year now and I love it. It is very simple for me to use and easy to find my way around. Terrific app.

I had an AWSOME and kind customer service rep once named "Thanh". Then I had the same reoccurring issue that I needed help with a month later, and got connected to a woman named "Zineb" who was very dismissive and short with me as if she could care less. Then I asked her a question, and she then asked me to elaborate just so she could send me a generic copy and paste message that didn't answer my question AT ALL (only five seconds later after I elaborated). Just plain rude to me. Not sure what her issue was. It's almost as IF she had her hopes of catching me trying to verify a fake review because she immediately asked me for proof as if I was lying when Thanh never asked that.. instead, Thanh was just very helpful and kind... . I was trying to verify a REAL customer review... which isn't something that's automatically done, you have to reach out to them to help you do that every single time.

The best! I tried Loox for 2 months and brought in only about 20% off the reviews that I bring in through Judge.Me. It must be because the review request can be filled out within the customer's email rather than going off to a review page. Can't beat the price. Can't beat the tech support.
