Truly best service I've ever gotten from any software/tech platform, ever. I had a handful of specific install requests, and they took care of it immediately - updating me in the chat the whole way. 10/10 recommend

The app has some initial onboarding issues, like the star ratings in the related product suggestions not showing up, review button not opening the review form but simply scrolling the page up, scary level of permissions being requested, BUT, all that said, the support for the app is exquisite. The support personnel resolved the issues in flash of seconds and even helped me through all my queries.

Honestly, a service I wouldn't leave because... 1) fair pricing, 2) great features, 3) overall value added to my business, 4) really incredible support staff. Their support is on 24 hours and all their support guys know enough about their product or service to assist or fix issues right then and there - including several times I've had issues with code or display products. Pretty incredible app.

Judge.me was quick to reply and help with my needs. I have only just started using this app, but so far I would recommend it. Update: I had an issue and they were quick to respond and fix the issue. 10/10 would recommend!

Well it's only been a few hours and I don't even have everything ready or up yet but the customer service by Hamxa has been stellar so far answering all my questions & helping guide me through the process. More after I have some further experience and understanding of the app. Thanks!
