Great app - really helps our customers get their voice out about our products and is very customizable. Customer support spent the time with me to get the right just right across our 7 stores in multiple languages and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. Customer support was so polite, helpful, quick and understanding. Couldn't recommend them enough.

The help button really does help. The response was quick and easy to understand. My only problem was finding a few features on the website but again the help person was very quick to help out.
