I had a little issue with changing the background color for one of the sections, I messaged customer service and Joseph responded within minutes and helped to resolve the issue.

Muy buena atención al cliente, Hakima fue muy agradable conmigo y soluciono todos mis problemas. Cuando le pillas el truco a la app puede ser muy beneficiosa y hace de tu pagina un lugar mas seguro de cara al cliente ya que se puede apoyar a reseñas de otras personas.

I've reviewed Judge.me before when we first began using it. But their support has been outstanding every single time and I wanted to express that once again. They are always available. There's never a wait. And even some custom settings that I wanted implemented in our theme were taken care of and coded by their support team instantaneously. 5 stars are barely enough for the level of support the Judge.me team provide.
