Updated Review (2023) 5 years later and still incredibly impressed! The app itself is fantastic; does what needs to be done and has a number of various features - many of which have strong customization options. But where they really shine is support! I'm pretty sure their team is 24/7 because any time I've messaged, I get a reply back within the minute. Then any problem I've ever had, they're immediately on-top of it. I've never been told "That's an issue for your developer" or anything - if something even look remotely wonky, they fix it immediately on the live chat. Superrrr happy. Thank you Judge.me team! Original Review (2018) ------------ I had used a different review app before being recommended to this one. I'm SOOO happy I switched over! There are "too many" features that I'm enjoying about this app - it really brings my website to life with social proof. The support for this app was really fantastic too, they helped me customize so many elements to my specification. And I believe there's still a lot of unexplored options to discover as well. Get it, you'll love it!
