This review is for customer service and not necessarily the product itself, although using it on the back and has been a breeze. I just haven't been able to implement reviews yet. The response time and technical help from customer service is impeccable. Anytime I've had an issue, I've gotten a response within two minutes or less and been able to talk to a human who has been insanely helpful and got me through any hurdles, that would've taken me hours to figure out on my own.

Après voir essayé d'autres applications, rien n'est aussi bien que Judgeme. Le faible coût est un un premier argument, mais la possibilité d'interconnecter Judgeme avec d'autres outils (du type Klaviyo, Slack, entre autres) à moindre coûts, la possibilité d'avoir un outil assez ouvert pour la personnalisation (via css ou certains templates déjà configurés) en font un outil très agréable à utiliser. Certes Judgeme est moins joli visuellement que d'autres, mais l'outil se customise très facilement. l'API et le coût du produit font rapidement oublier ça. Certaines applications demandent à passer sur un plan à $300 pour débloquer des fonctionnalités type intégration Klaviyo, ici ce n'est pas le cas ! De plus, je n'ai jamais vu une équipe support d'une telle efficacité. Nous gérons deux boutiques Shopify x Judgeme, les deux avec des customisations différentes, et le support à toujours été au top. Pour moi, c'est une application indispensable pour une boutique Shopify dès que vous souhaitez quelque chose d'un peu plus puissant que le module natif. Bon travail !
