Customer support (Fatima) was very responsive and helpful. The interface on the admin side of the app is not super intuitive, but with a little patience I felt more comfortable. I think the free version of the app is going to have most of what we need, which is great.

Customer Service is great! I got help with anything and everything I needed immediately. I highly reccomend this app! Ron was very hellpful.

Seriously, just based off the Cus Svc alone I have to give them 5-stars. Dang, my onboarding agent made my set-up and integration smooth as butter! He literally went out of his way to make help me and actually went beyond that and helped w/ things I didn't even ask him to! Very impressive. And I only had the free plan. Now I gotta upgrade just because lol

The app is great so far. One of their team members immediately messaged me to help get everything set up. They were very helpful and able to give me opinions on what they thought would work best for my specific situation. There really was not much I had to do myself so far, and I can always contact them for further help. Definitely recommend!! Simple, helpful, and effective
