You have an excellent customer communication system. Whenever I need assistance, I can reach a customer representative within approximately 1 minute. So far, I'm finding the review collection very good. I do suggest ensuring your email templates are customized to show the star rating going from 1 star on the left to 5 stars on the right. Otherwise, customers automatically choose the one on the right (1 star) even when they mean to give it a good rating because they're used to seeing the stars increase from left to right. I've only needed customer service once so far in 3 months, but when I sent in a ticket, they replied within a half hour. I had already figured out and fixed my issue by then, but it was refreshing to see how fast they responded to my ticket. It's a very good review collection system at a very affordable price.

Great app to enable customer to leave reviews with images or videos and engage with clients. Excellent customer service! The only thing that would make it even better is if the widget embedded in a product page would display only reviews for that particular product
