I just signed up, but the customer service so far has been fantastic! I am really looking forward to seeing how it goes.

I don't like writing reviews, but I had to write one for this plug-in because it deserve it big time. Here what we love and we hope they continue doing, and what we hope they add or work on in the near future: * What we love and please continue doing: 1- Core features work well: displaying reviews in different ways that fits your website with advanced features similar to Amazon reviews. It collects reviews with reliable emails and reasonable emails templates.. etc 2- Solid support, in seconds you will get people respond to you and actually fix things! 3- It has nice add-ons for free, like offering referral rewards and automatically posting reviews to your social media pages. 4- Reasonable monthly subscription fee, no BS. Screw Trustpilot and their crazy subscription fees +$200 for their basic business plan!!

This app is just incredible, sooooo easy to use and easy to set up. The team is very responsive. I 100% recommand this app !!!!

So far this has been the best support that I have received. All my customization requests hav been integrated while I was on live chat with the agent who did all the changes. Very well done and thanks a lot!

Die Einrichtung war ein Kinderspiel, und wenn man doch eine Frag hat, war der Support innerhalb von wenigen Momenten erreichbar und hatte sofort die passende Lösung!

Soufiane from Judge me was great I had a small problem but it was solved in few mins thanks to Soufiane. App it self works very well, i had small issue after using 4 to 5 months this app, which was resolved quickly

Je recommande totalement cette application. Excepté peut-être certaines possibilités de traitement de masse ded avis, les fonctionnalités sont très complètes ! Et surtout, le service client est excellent et très patient : après des dizaines d'échanges de mails tous mes problèmes ont été résolus et ils ont même modifié pour moi certaines options. Enfin, le forfait gratuit est plus que suffisant pour commencer !

Judge.me app is very easy and straightforward to connect to Shopify, exporting reviews from other platforms. The best thing though is the excellent customer service these guys provide- timely and on point.

This app is AMAZING!!! I upgraded and the functionality is well worth it. I LOVE that folks can review their purchase right in the request email. It makes it SOOO easy for them, and my shop has gotten 160+ reviews in less than a day because of this. *Update* We're a couple years in and this app continues to impress and help! The customer support is fantastic, too!
