Fantastic service would highly recommended. After looking at different review apps I came back to Judge.me as they were the only app available to syndicate reviews between Shop and Shopify. The developer was excellent and assisted in bringing all Shop reviews into my system and setting up for future reviews to be imported. So good!

It's great app. Within 5 minutes of sending e-mails to older customers, we received reviews. The application can integrate with Merchant Center (this is also very important for us).

I'm not good at English, so I used Google Translate to communicate with them, but they communicated very politely. And it was a very accurate and quick response. I would be even happier if the app could be translated into Japanese lol.

Great support, and a great app. Free features are nice but awesome plan features are better. Simple and easy to use.

Amazing app and the customer service is absolutely incredible -they go above and beyond everytime I reach out, and they reply so quickly!!!!. I've upgraded from the free version to the paid-version. Both versions are equaly worth it. If you're unsure or have a super tiny business, start with the free version and then upgrade. It's an investment WORTH HAVING. Since I implemented reviews, my website's conversion rate has greatly increased. UPDATE: I've had CONSISTENT amazing customer-service and help from the staff. They fix my bugs within minutes (I'm using a custom-made theme). Special thanks to Hakima, Fatima, Christian and Abderrahim who've all helped me so far

I think Judge.me works well for reviews and managing them. Their customer service is very responsive and helpful the only time I’ve needed to get their advice.
