Dang from customer support has been really helpful and efficient in attending to my enquiries. The app is sleek and fulfils all that I need.

I have been able to customize my reviews and widget through the support team which makes my site reviews look exactly how I want it to ( Minus some very minor stuff) ! A few issues with code every now and then but the support team have been wonderful and been able to fix it every time. Upgraded to the paid plan not long ago and customeized the Asking for a review email and saw a huge increase in reviews. Well worth it. Reviews make a huge difrence in conversions.

Integration is easy, like the ability to add photos/videos with reviews, and customer service is very responsive. Was able to solve our request within a couple of minutes.
