I've reviewed this app before, commenting on the excellent app itself, but what makes the app so incredible is its customer support and service! Hakima, Génesis, and PJ have each raised the bar as far as the standard for customer service in today's e-commerce world. They are quick to respond, knowledgeable, and always genuinely friendly. The app is good so far, the color scheme of the reviews automatically match your theme settings, which is great. I had a little trouble figuring out how to add my logo to my review email, but Fatima Azzahra was very helpful and the solution was simple.

Outstanding customer support even on a Saturday at 8PM. They were able to edit some widgets without having me do anything and fix all issues.
