I've just been setting up the app (free version) and have found it really good so far. The set up tutorial is step by step which is really great. I had a moment where I got stuck (my reviews were being hidden) but I messaged the live chat and they were really helpful. Shout out to Nouhaïla who was really friendly and kind, showed me how to fix it and offered to put reviews on the collection page for me (super helpful!). Was really impressed by the speed and quality of customer support, especially considering I'm only on the free version!

I have used this app for several months and find it can import my Amazon store reviews and be customized anywhere on my page. Helping my visitors to find more answers about the product in the reviews. But there is still some particulars they can improve to let the editors get more convenient. for example I hope judge.me can put custom HTML/liquid codes in the dashboard so that editors can quickly place comments on their product pages.
