This is really a brilliant app! The features, control and layout are extremely good. This app also works with shopify 2.0 themes (unlike Yotpo) which is very useful. Finally the customer support is one of the best I have received which is so important. Dont even bother with the free plan, jump straight onto the paid plan, these guys easily deserve the $15 per month for what they have created and support. UPDATE: the live support is so good, it amazes me everytime I need some help how good it is. I really wish these guys the very best as they have such a different approach to any company I have ever dealt with.

Awesome App i love the support that they have provided me I have problem in adding the code in my premium theme but there is no name for the file name they had tell me then i contact the support team of judge.me they help me out I will also recommend me this app to all store owner.

Support is very helpful and they are always available. They are able to resolve all the questions I've encountered when setting things up, plus adjust the layout in the code when needed. The app works beautifully with a customisable look to suit your brand. So far, functionality is excellent.

So far so GREAT! Judge.me has been extremely easy to implement and is working really well on our site. The support team has been very responsive thus far. As a small, growing brand, we need product reviews to build trust with future customers and Judge.me checks all the boxes for what we need right now.
