Reached out on chat with an issue I was having - got through to HAKIMA - She is an absolute wizard! She asked for access which I allowed and peformed her magic. Fixed my problem and stayed on to help me with any other queries too! Went above and beyond - Best customer service to date!

Even though their back-end/admin page is very old-school and not very attractive, their customer support is 10/10 and on landing page reviews seem fine. I have talked with at least 5 agents and they are always responsive, attractive and friendly. Thanks guys for your support, cheers!

an indispensable tool, easy to use. in case of concern, the support will answer you quickly. support is in English. I hope that one day, we will be able to directly, on the chat, translate the communication in the 2 directions, to avoid using a translator in parallel.

There are many features in this product that have been really well built. They make the merchant center integration very easy. Support is super fast and very willing to jump in and just fix things for you. Great product, does everything we need and more.
