Love the app so far, got very precise and fast help from the customer service. Everything fits fantastically for me.

I downloaded this app and I am on the starter plan ($5 per month). At first I didn't know how to follow the settings that this app was asking me to do as the Starter Plan is very basic and you can't code the website. I contacted their chat service, gave them access to my store and within a few minutes, the reviews section was showing on my website. I was able to change the color and set up email templates so the system sends an email to a customer after their purchase, asking for them to write a review. Their customer service is great!!! If you need any help, reach out to them and they will guide you through it. I really like this app. The only free review app for a starter plan.

Agent Han was exceptional. What turned out to be what I thought was a complicated issue, she simplified and made it simple. Resolved it quickly. I am glad because I was so frustrated and was on the verge of cancelling and find another review app. Han saved the day. I am staying put.

There is so much unnecessary. Moreover, why do those who comment and ask questions have to be members of my site? I don't want my clients to be bothered about it. I did not like.
