Wonderful support - my problems were resolved so quickly and easily.

We moved from another app that we loved but was too expensive. Judge.me was a little tricky to transfer over as we needed to move all our reviews but we worked it out and support has been very helpful from their end. Thanks!

Absolutley disappointed! We used Judge.me for our other stores before, without any problem. When we started using for this store, they made an update, that deleted ALL personalized emails, coupon setting, EVERYTHING. Emails were not sent to customers, we lost a lot of money on this. We reached out to them, but they keep delaying the solution for weeks and weeks now, while we keep paying the fee also, without using the app. Overall, since the new update, it is a complete disaster, before the update it was a VERY good app. Such a shame. We’re truly sorry for the disruption and frustration caused when your email templates and coupon settings didn’t carry over after the update. We understand how critical these features are, and we regret the impact this had on your store. We’ve already been in touch privately to align your setup with your other store and to provide updated templates and coupon settings so everything is restored and working smoothly. Your feedback has been extremely valuable, and we’ll continue working with you directly until you’re fully satisfied. Tasnim was very patient, kind, understanding and very helpful. Eventually I was able to add him as a collaborator and he was to remedy this issue right away. Easy, peasy!

We have been loving this app since we installed it. Great customizable options and a VERY helpful staff whenever something isn't working right or needs to be customized beyond the basic settings in the app. Really cool to have a way to easily collect, display, and scale your reviews for a very decent price. Kudos to these guys being one of the only apps I haven't wanted to delete from my store for inconvenient reasons. Thank you Judge.me!

We’ve just started using Judge.me and overall it has some really solid features. Importing reviews was straightforward and the display widgets look good on our store. The ability to automate review requests and offer discounts is a big plus. That said, we’ve run into a few bugs and quirks that make it feel a little rough around the edges at times. Some settings don’t update right away, and the interface can be a bit confusing until you get used to it. Nothing deal-breaking, but it does need more polish. The big positive is their chat support- it’s excellent. Every time we’ve had an issue, their support team has been quick to help and walk us through fixes, which makes the bugs much easier to deal with. So far it does what we need, and with their support I’m confident it’ll keep improving.

I upgraded to a paid plan as was having a few issues. Support desk was amazing. Binh answered all my questions and made it super easy to implement onto my Shopify site. Highly recommend.

Omgeee I was having a hard time trying to get my review to show. I reached out and immediately received assistance. The first person who knew my issue was out of their hands transferred me to Binh. Binh's amazing. Binh helped w| everything from adding the widgets to the correct places, transferring my reviews to the right spots and keeping me informed on what accessibility I have without having to upgrade. [Which I will when I start getting sales]. But thank you so much!! I am relieved and extremely happy!!
