one word - Awesome....and five stars! Have tried a few and think i have finally found the one! Not only does it look good, customer service is hard to beat.

I installed and uninstalled every review app available on Shopify. Judge.me was the winner for price and performance. Loads fast, looks great, and it just works. Look at the update log posted on this app page—it's obvious that PJ is dedicated to making this the best app possible. Get this app. ***UPDATE*** I've been using this app since the beginning. I figured I'd update my review to reflect nearly a year with the app. Quite simply, I couldn't be happier. Customer service is the very best on Shopify, the app improves almost daily, and my customers love it. Judge.me is currently the only review app to allow grouped products. This alone is reason enough to dump whatever review app you're using. Undoubtedly Yotpo will steal this idea at some point.....and then charge you another $200/month for the privilege. Plus, the logic in this app is head and shoulders above anything else—review timing, who gets review emails, what products get reviewed, etc. Very refined and functional. Keep up the good work, PJ.

When looking for a Product Reviews option for our online Rugs and Home Decor store, we put a lot of research into finding a company that would meet our high level of standards as well as deliver an excellent and professional experience to our customers by way of quality review invitations. We evaluated and tested numerous options from companies like Yotpo, Trust Pilot, Power Reviews, and some new names like Loox. We found Judge.me to be the most active, responsive, and flexible and have been very impressed with the level of communication and professionalism from PJ and his team. We are pleased to partner with Judge.me to provide a top-notch Review Program to our customers.

This is the best Shopify app I've used--not just review apps, but the best of any app. On top of that, the customer service is as good as any customer service I've ever had from anyone, online or otherwise. This app is a complete review/feedback system that's extraordinarily well thought out from end to end. The biggest reason I chose it is because of its ability to consolidate reviews. Rather than having variants in a single product, many of our product variants are listed as separate products (for example, the same product with a different scent). We wanted to show the total number of reviews for a given base product. Judge.me allows you to do exactly that. There are so many other features that make this app great. The customization of email templates, timing of emails, placing review widgets throughout your site, importing existing reviews, verifying reviews from online customers, etc. My two favorite features are the ability for a reviewer to upload their own photo, and the ability to submit a review directly from an email (currently in beta). The support from PJ is nothing short of perfect. He's super friendly, extraordinarily helpful, and very quick to respond. My business lives and dies based on having stellar customer service, so my standards for customer service are unusually high. PJ exceeds even the highest expectations I could have. Simply put, if you're not using this app, I believe you're crazy. It will quite literally pay for itself several times over. I feel a little weird that I'm so excited about an app, but I'm genuinely excited to be using it.

After months of using the freebie plan I upgraded to the Awesome plan. What made me upgrade? One of Judge.me's competitors contacted me for a webinar to show me their product with all its bells and whistles. While the competitor had a few bells and whistles that Judge.me doesn't have, I have complete confidence that Judge.me will work on some of these same high end features and not raise the price to a ridiculous level. Many of the features the competitor had were options that I could get from Judge.me if I simply upgraded to the paid plan. After the competitor talked about the value of the customer being able to add their own images, auto-posting to Facebook, customizing the email that goes to the customer, etc. I was converted - but not to the competitor - to Judge.me's Awesome plan. The competitor had never heard of Judge.me but it is definitely on their radar now. Many times during the webinar I said, "I can do that if I upgrade to the $15/month plan". I look forward to new features rolled out via Judge.me (like product questions/answers would be cool)! Also - a shout out to PJ for his fast support! Even on the freebie plan PJ was quick to respond to answer my questions! I highly recommended Judge.me to anyone with a Shopify store!

Probably the best service we have ever received from an app developer. A response and fix for a java script bug within 20mins - even on the weekend! Absolutely brilliant!

Absolutely amazing app and support team! Can't say enough about how responsive and helpful the judgeme support team have been. We have been using this app (migrated from yotpo) for a couple months now and within that time they have expanded their functionality to include social sharing/google shopping feed and more! They continue to respond to feature requests and you can tell they have a GENUINE interest in providing the best solution possible as opposed to other apps we have used where they are just in it for the money.

Where to start with this incredible app, and its developer PJ. Easy to install, its functionality is 2nd to none - especially with regards to the speed of loading / SEO features, and PJ is ridiculously fast to respond to customer inquiries / service issues. I had a formatting question, submitted it late Saturday night, and I got a response at 2:30am Sunday morning. That is ridiculous in a good way. I implemented what PJ suggested, and everything went smoothly from there. Just as an FYI, this was a formatting question.. not a functionality question.. and PJ would have had every reason not to get back to me until Monday. Nope.. he hammered it out, made my app look good (for my theme), and I will definitely be implementing Judge.Me in my other 2 shopify stores. 6 Stars here.. if possible.

WOW!! Fabulous App and PJ is amazing!! I've been with Shopify for a few years now and used another (FREE) Product Review company. Everything was going fine until it wasn't. I did some research and sent PJ an email about what I needed and he responded immediately answering my questions. It was so easy to install and I was so impressed that I went ahead and upgraded to the $15 plan. I only had one glitch with the customization and PJ walked me right through that. I can't begin to say how much I love all the customization and features!

Love this app so much! At first it provide awesome features with a reasonable price. I had been used another review apps that required a huge amount of money to upgrade. The second it is very easy to set up the app and configure all the features like you need to. The tird reason I love it is that I was impressed how this app was installed with perfect customization with my shop theme. I think it is very important for every web site looks great and professional because our website is like the main windows of every business. So I really love how stylish and professional this app looks in my store! And of course I need to mention great great great customer service! Respond very quickly, polite and I feel like I was talking with my friend which I know for years. Thank you for all you do! 5 stars plus thousands of thank you! You are the best!

I had been using another reviews platform for almost 2 years - only thing was that, with the other platform, you need to be on a high tier premium plan to receive ANY of their features. I thought it was time to test out someone else when I stumbled across Judge.me.....and I'm extremely happy that I did. The support has been 5 star - responses have been super quick and very helpful. I have already quadrupled the number of reviews by using the Judge.me app within the first week!! Two features that I absolutely love are.. 1. Photo submissions - this is an awesome feature as customers can receive their Cocktail Kits and include a photo of their cocktail creations in their review 2. Groups - rather than having variables, we have products that are similar ie. a Cocktail Set in Stainless Steel and a Cocktail Set in Copper - by using groups the reviews can be displayed for both products (seeing as they are essentially the same product). All this for a very reasonable price. I'll be a customer for life (btw, I have no affiliation with Judge.me - I'm just absolutely in love with this app!) Try Judge.me - you won't regret it!

Perfect So far the best Review App I installed. The support is awesome - and I was able to translate everything without any problems to Portuguese. It seems to have all the features that some one might need - the only improvement might be on adding more social network integrations.

Judge Me has the best customer support of any app we use. They are quick, thorough and super helpful. We were using an overpriced competitor and get Judge Me for a fraction of the cost and many of the same features!

I have been using Judge.me for a few months now and am very pleased with the app. It's super easy to respond to customers who a review (if you choose to respond), or simply approve it. There is nothing like a customer review to get others to buy with confidence!

Was previously using the Shopify and Shopry Product Reviews, but this is much better in my opinion. It looks WAY better and the customer support (PJ) is VERY responsive. There are a number of benefits, but showing reviews across product groups has been the biggest for us. Easily worth the money to upgrade.

Easy to install - easy to migration away from yotpo - not as pretty but does everything it needs to do - especially rich snippets and inline SEO on site..

Really like this app. Takes all the effort our of collecting customer reviews and putting them on your site. Just set it up and then forget about it - it takes care of everything for you. And always exciting to get notified of a positive review come through every now and again :)
