One of the best free apps I've used, customer service is extremely efficient and the free version covers what I need, albeit a bit limited in look & feel customisation.

Great app! I was specifically looking for an in-email review system to make it easy for customers to review and hopefully increase the number of reviews i receive. The interface is easy to understand and seems to have all the features i was after. I have just sent off the review request for previous orders and that all worked seamlessly. The customer support was excellent also with the installation.

By far the best company, best app, and best value you'll find on Shopify to handle your reviews. I've tried many over the years, including YotPo (outrageously expensive) and Judge.me is far superior. This is an amazing app and the support team is top notch. I had trouble with images of the reviews carousel not showing for some products and the support team guided me through to resolve the issue. Absolutely fantastic. Very easy to setup. Very clear documentation. Amazing customer support. At Dogsnug we've had our developers who have been developing our new theme from scratch extremely happy with how well the JudgMe documentation is written, how quick all the responses were and how easy it was to install everything. We (along with the dev team) have tried all sorts of other review systems and found these were by far the best – from features perspective as-well as from easy of use and instalment. Definitely recommend!

This is not only the best reviews app I have used, but the best Shopify app I've tried in my 10 yrs on Shopify! I used Yotpo previously, but got tired of paying out the nose. Judge.me has at least 95% of the functionality of Yotpo, and seems substantially faster. Easy migration and awesome support. I can't say enough about this app. I wish this company made more apps!!!

Amazing support team! These guys respond within minutes and perform personal customizations - this might be some of the best support I've ever seen with an app. I wish I could build a support team like that for my site! The app works great as well, very pleased.

I don't often write reviews but this app is great! Super customizable and the support team is amazing! Yotpo wanted over 8k/year for their review service and this has the same review features for only $15/month. We use this for both Detour Sunglasses and our other store Meraki Bracelets. I'd definitely recommend this, wish we stumbled across this app sooner!

Excellent app for the price. There are other reviews apps out there with more functionality, but they charge an arm and a leg. We have used this app for 6 months now and are very happy. We collected nearly a 1000 reviews. That shows that the app's email solicitations are getting a good response rate from our customers. Customer support is very responsive.
