Reviews for Judge.me Product Reviews App

What a great app!!! A huge set of amazing features in the free version that is almost enough for any store. Page load speed isn't impacted by this app as it loads reviews really fast, not sure what it would be when there are hundreds or thousands of reviews, but for our store (https://falastinibrand.com) it loads in a blink. I'm definitely going to upgrade to "awesome" paid plan soon, lots of really amazing features at a reasonable price tag, well done.

The app is very slow. If you have to manage several reviews I can not recommend this app. It totally annoying. I sit here for 3 hours just to VIEW 100 reviews in the app. DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP!!!

I was having trouble getting the app to work. This was due to user error (my error). I hopped onto the chat for support. I was able to get immediate help. I was chatting with "Tony" and he went above and beyond with the help he provided. He took the time to walk me through the app and answer all my questions. He even integrated my custom configuration requests. I recommend this app.

UPDATED (Jul 2018): Hot dang, you guys really have nailed customer service. Thank you for always being on hand when we have issues or need customisations, guys! Judgeme will always be our review app of choice! ------- UPDATED (Nov 2017): So we upgraded our theme yesterday. Judge.me installed itself automatically, but it was missing in a couple of places. The widget also didn't look quite right. Andrey & Felix got us fixed up in minutes with minor tweaks also made when we weren't 100% satisfied. Seriously, if you're not using Judge.me to handle your reviews, you're doing something wrong. Features + service are fantastic. ------- PJ - what you've created & the level of support you provide is unheard of. You've added an insane amount of value to our store & always reply instantly when we have issues. A thousand times thank you!! :D

They went above and beyond to get the code working for our website. They even removed some code that was causing duplicate customer reviews on our website. Also for the price when comparing to yotpo or its much better. Also, it just feels like they provide a better service than these other big companies where you have to get a ticket and get no response. I switched from another more expensive app and I have to say that I am impressed with the functionality this app provides for the price. It allows for great customization and really is loaded with features, be sure to check them all out so that you can maximize its use. With other apps, I had to keep upgrading the plan to get the features I was needing, and with a small business, every dollar counts. With their paid plan, which is significantly more affordable, I have all the features that I need including my feed for Google Reviews, reviews posted to Facebook and Facebook tab and more. As an added bonus their support team is A+. I do highly recommend this app.

This is a great app; the baseline app has pretty much every feature I wanted (review preview in the collection page, review count next to title w/ link, and the review summary). Coming from Amazon, I wanted something that looked similar, and this app does the job. I had an issue initially with my reviews being incorrectly counted, but I contacted the app support and they fixed the issue immediately (they had to update the app). Great experience, great team!

Awesome review app, I was planning on upgrading from the free Reviews app from Shopify. Needed something basic, but that would engage shopper to go back and post reviews. Worked really well with Judge.me. Imported old reviews, send email to hundreds of shoppers from past months that haven't left reviews yet. The app does require some coding knowledge to some advanced features, but the support team was quick and assisted me through all my necessities.
