I am using this app right now, and i am very pleased with it. It is easy to navigate. I had a small isue, and asked support for help. They litteraly answered and directly fixed my problem in a matter of 5 mins. Recommend it!

Very good app. Easy to import the reviews and pictures. Plus, the app has all kind options to manage the reviews. Perfect support team. I recommend.

After looking through Customer Review Apps, this definitely scored 5 stars with me. Not only is the App amazing, but the Customer Service is also amazing, both with regards their response to emails and when they are available on Chat. All and all, 5 plus stars!!!

I just recently installed the app and the customer service has been amazing. They're so nice and helpful! I'm also so impressed with how fast they reply. I felt a little lost at first without any experience, but they walked me through each step. Really cool company!

I only installed the app and it brought my website to a crawl. I'm sure there must be some residual files leftover somewhere because it's still a little slower even after I uninstalled. Update: I was contacted to have the residual code removed from my website and "analyze" what went wrong. I gave them staff access to only remove the code and not analyze anything. I had to follow-up with them to be sure it was removed so I could remove staff access to my website. I was told it was done but I noticed my website was still lagging. I'm not an idiot so I did a search for the code and noticed that it is STILL there. BEWARE of the apps you install and "developers" you give access to your website.

Best review app that we have used. Quick and helpful support, tons of customization and appropriately priced.

Amazing customer service. They got back to me on a weekend, within an hour of me emailing them and had solved my issue.

The app does what I need it to do and more. What I love about this app the most is the support. They are wicked fast at responding and making the changes I need without skipping a beat. I highly recommend!

We updated our theme and the widget disappeared, but both Francisco and Annie fixed it very quickly with excellent customer service. Two thumbs up! Another great customer service by Javi today. Very quick work and help on our site!

Awesome app and awesome support. Reviews are smoothly collected, and very nicely displayed. This is very effective. The support is just awesome and beyond any support, I've met thus far. Instant online chat and they really try to help you explain to you how some features work and adjust your settings remotely if necessary. IThis app is a MUST HAVE in Shopify.

this app is basically as good as shopify itself! 24/7 quick support! woooooo! yea it's a little expensive but worth it for all the features it has! i just feel need to utilize more of it's features or have some of my ideas put into the app so that i can feel a little bit more comfortable with spending $20 CAD on this app a month.. bless you all

I have to say I do not usually comment on Apps. I have to say judge.me App is absolutely fabulous for the product reviews and customization on the backend is easy and fun to use. Connecting Product Reviews to Google Merchant Center is a breeze. Francisco and Sofia at support chat are top notch. Great App!

I tried yotpo and okendo, they are very expensive, but when I need help, their response is always slow. Fortunately, I met judge.me, their service is really good, and a little, the price of judge.me is very good, I love this app.
