Reviews for Judge.me Product Reviews App

I started with the free version and quickly realized the importance of reviews with pictures and videos, so I upgraded to premium. It is well worth the price per month, as I remember how important social acceptance is in making sales. The support team is top notch! On two occasions I contacted them and they were very quick in their response along with fixing the issues with ease. Highly recommend this app and I am looking forward to growing my business especially with their support!

Out of all of the review apps, this one is the best value at $15/mo. I installed this when it was only 2 guys and now they have a whole team, and the support is within 24 hours or less. Trust on a website is a big deal for the conversion equation so don't skimp on paying for the tools to showcase that.

Wow! I have never received such great customer support as I have from Judge Me. I am absolutely clueless in code and within an hour of loading the app on to my store, Shuli and the team had me up and running with all reviews showing and imported from a previous review app (Yotpo). Compared to the support received from Yotpo (this took 3 days for someone to even get back to me), I find this absolutely wonderful and almost unheard of these days! Very easy to customize so that the look/feel fits in with our web-site (we took on the Awesome Package). From what I have experienced so far, everything looks great. Looks like great value for money especially when you compare to other review apps. Would highly recommend

This is a great app that is very flexible and provides super important SEO to help drive traffic to your store. Hands down the best review app and hands down the best customer service. Just do it. We use this app at uranta.ca and uranta.com and we absolutely love it. The admin interface is incredibly intuitive and super simple to configure. The widgets on the site look great and are configurable -- the support is virtually instantaneous when we asked for theme tweaks (4 times now and they got it done in under 10 minutes). We love how you can share the reviews on facebook and twitter. It seems that the more we share the more reviews we are getting. Just implemented the coupon feature, let's see how that works. All in all a great app and worth paying the $15 a month. We tried every other review app first and then settled on this one.

Excellent customer service! The theme concierge service is super helpful and their support staff is always quick to answer my questions (even if I ask them multiple times because I forgot the answer) and they are eager to help me in any way possible.

Setting up the app is so easy. Great support from the support team. Integration made simple. Many nice functions in Free plan. I've switched from Shopify review app to this app and faster load speed is a plus.

This is the ONLY review app we've used on our store and so far so good. We're right now on the low tier paid plan and even though we consider it's a little expensive for simply requesting reviews or showing them on an individual page, their support is top-notch and everything works really smoothly. One Feature we really like is the grouping one, where we can group reviews for different products that share the same characteristics or are variants between them. 5/5 review!
