Not only the app is awesome (by far the best review app I have tested, and I have tested many), but the onboarding service and the support is stellar, even when it comes to asking for help regarding customization.

Hands down my favorite app! The customer service team have gone above and beyond expectations. Consistently willing to help me solve any issues in a timely manner. I was debating between Judge.me and another app and I feel very confident that I made the right decision. I see why they still have 4.9 Stars with nearly 2k reviews!

Very happy with this app. App stopped working for me, tried an uninstall with intent to reinstall, but it left code all over my products page. Spoke to their customer support via live chat and was resolved within 15 mins. All those that left a bad review, clearly didn't try the support first. Fantastic work and thanks once again

This APP have very fast on line chat service, if we have problem, they will solve it immediately. We strongly recommend this APP.

I have used both Loox (twice) and Judge.me. Loox offers nothing more than Judge.me except 2 things: a slightly cleaner storefront look, and much less responsive support. And all that for about four times the price. So I will stick with Judge.me and put that extra $45 toward other apps, like smile.io or Fomo. So thanks for great support Judge.me!

I've had judge.me on my site for about a year, and it's absolutely invaluable. The quickest service for setup, easy to customise, and it just ticks along, gathering great feedback from my customers and displaying it on site. I have no doubt the reviews play a large part in giving new customers the confidence to give us a go. Am currently upgrading my theme - emailed judge.me an hour or two ago, along with my other app providers, to get the new theme set up.... as usual, judge.me is first up, best dressed and has already done their part.

Great app, functions really well and feature rich. What puts this app apart though is the great customer support. They go out of their way to assist you in all aspects of the app and your site. One of the must have apps in the app store.

I had problem with the installation, wrote to the support and they responded in 5 - yes, five - minutes, doing a fix on my theme, after that everything worked perfectly. Once my shop ramps up, I will sub to this upp.

I think this is a must have app. Customer support is awesome. I had it installed and operational in about 10 minutes and did have a couple of questions as I got used to using it. Every time there was a very helpful response to my query within about 15 minutes. Thank you.

The support from these guys is awesome. I made a change to my theme and received an email moments later that they noticed the change and made sure the new theme had the latest Judge.me code. Previous apps I used, I would have had to log a case and wait. Highly recommended.

I installed the app about two weeks ago, styled it a bit myself and the rest Judge.me helped me with. Later I faced some issues with Google Search Console not getting the review part... and again Judge.me fixed it within a few hours. This is by far, the most effective and awesome service I've ever had from an (until now) free app. I'm very happy and best of all, feel secure knowing they are ready if problems occur.
