Reviews for Judge.me Product Reviews App

I've tested out a few Review apps and this one is by far the best!! It's one thing when the app performs well, but it's like icing on the cake when you have a support team that's awesome as well!!! I submitted a question via email to support and within 10mins I received a follow up informing me that the issue has been fixed!! Great app and even better support!

Have been using this app for a few months and so far so good. I love that customer service is very responsive whenever I reach out with a question.

Loving the app so far, like the verified badge as it shows customers he products are the real deal, especially the customer service they are very helpful.

Excellent app, poor customer service. Need to beg and argue to get a simple task completed. Frustrating experiences. - Seriously we do not prefer any communication further on this matter. Getting one single line of liquid code already need us to send a couple of e-mails, having your CS staff saying No No No No No. Wish this review section have image upload option so I can show all people the e-mail correspondences we had yesterday.

This is the best review app I've found so far! Also very good and quick customer service! I had a problem because my reviews weren't showing on the product page and they helped me within a few minutes and the problem was solved!

I used this APP to have reviews on my HTML5 Website. All my products show 0 units, even though my Shopify stock has units on all of them. Can't seem to get past this stage, so basically no way to integrate this widget. I guess the APP is good for Shopify stores, but not for pure integration. They do have an API, but it does not seem to work. The problem can also be on my side, even though I am quite used to integrating APIs of payment gateways, invoice softwares, etc which are usually way more complex. This one is pretty simple, it just does not seem to work. Cheers

Exceptional customer services! I had some small issues that needed to be addressed, and I received prompt customer service! Definitely the best review app on the Shopify app store.

I like to wait before leaving reviews. Been using for a few months and love it. Had a couple problems after updating theme and Judge.me was there everytime asked we asked for help. Almost every problem created has been by us or our theme and Judge.me helped get right again. You guys are awsome!

The support is amazing, and I like the interface. It is easy to setup. I wish they would make the interface a little cleaner and clearer though.

This review app is awesome. Not only does it mimic Amazon in the way it shows reviews in a professional manner, but it also shows rotating reviews on our home page and a separate page to show all reviews. Best of all, the support group's response time and willingness to help should get 10 stars. I highly recommend Judge.me.

I have been using this app for a while. It has an intuitive UI and is very professional. I recently updated my theme and the reviews were not displaying in the new tabbed area. I opened a chat with Judge.Me and within minutes their engineers moved my reviews to show up in the correct place. Really impressed by both the product and customer service.
