Reviews for Judge.me Product Reviews App

I have installed the app just today and playing around with it to see if it is for me. I needed help with one of the settings on my store and requested for it in chat. Guess what it was done in couple of mins and I was able to see the change I requested for. Super fast and awesome service! I am going to try it to see how my customers like it but I am definitely impressed with the service level. Much recommended!

Love this app! Love the support and customer service even more! And for the price, you can't find a better review app. Quynh in the chat help is AWESOME!!

This app is truly amazing. The set up went flawlessly and after working through all the options I have, I had a list of questions and the technical service member Quynh was immediately available via chat and answered me all the questions and helped me with some custom design requests! I am seriously impressed!

This is a fantastic review app, really it is the best value for money you will find anywhere on the Shopify app store. Firstly, you can bulk upload your reviews from other marketplaces that you already sell on. As a start-up, this has been a fantastic feature for us, as it has allowed us to import all our eBay reviews onto our Shopify site. Once you have imported your reviews, there is a wide range of widgets you can use to show off your reviews. Each is customisable, with a wide array of features that give you complete control over how you collect and show your reviews. In terms of generating new reviews, the review request feature will allow you send emails to verified buyers of your products after the product has been fulfiled. There are plenty of settings to control this feature, so that it fits right with your busienss. This makes it really easy and non-intrusive for customers to quickly select a star rating and write a few comments to leave a review withint the email request. We started collecting reviews instantly, after months of barely generating any reviews using the free Google Reviews App. If you are serious about generating reviews, you will want a review request feature to help you build out your reviews. You can also allow customers to share pictures, which is a great feature for building up user generated content on your site or on social media to demonstrate social proof. You can also post reviews with photos on your social media accounts. Once your reviews and review widgets are installed on the site, the customer service is one of the best I have ever encountered for a Shopify app. Louis customised the widgets to our exact requirements, and provided with all the information we needed on cusotmising our review request emails to only request shop reviews. Also, you can send review requests in foriegn languages. Which for us, shipping products globally is such a great feature. It integrates with the translation app Weglot, and we are just in the process of setting this up. There are many more features, like SMS review requests, offering coupon incentives to leave reviews within the email requests, and so on. Lastly, it has both shop and product reviews, which is a key feature for us, as most of our products are one off. If your a start up, or a growing small business looking to focus more on generating reviews without breaking the bank on an expensive review app, or a useless free app, this is the review app you've been looking for!

We're using the app for a while already, and we are more than satisfied with it. It does what it should, and a little bit more. It has great features, and if you need to customize something, their support is prompt in doing it for you.

Judge.me is a great review widget. Very user-freindly and in a great use which can have product reviews, store reviews and Q&A. Besides, highly appreciate Kien provides patient and pro guide on how to use all widgets. Thanks very much. Very satisfy with this useful review widget, on-site and immeidate tech-support is a plus.

Fast service and a great app to collect and display reviews. We deleted our last review app due to the lack of functionality and the high cost and we feared our old reviews would be lost! Nope! Judge.me helped us import them and fixed some date and duplicate issues. Now we have tons on new reviews and our customers get the custom-made email we designed just for them.

Needed support to move the reviews section. Support was great. Quynh helped me out in a matter of minutes and did everything through a staff account. Would recommend to anyone starting a store.

We have received so many more reviews on this platform than the 3 others have tried before Judge.me I recently had a service question and within 5 minutes not only did they answer my question, they helped make the fix. Tech support are helpful. They will call you when they need something to work on. They will take time to check everything.
