The customer service is first rate! I was installing a new shopify theme and asked for help updating the app. Within no more than 5 minutes, they reinstalled this app in my new theme and sent me an email that it was complete. So fast! I wish every app offered such service. Very happy with the app and service.

Super happy with the Judge.me app. We use it to gather customer reviews and it does exactly what it says on the tin; beautifully presented, super customisable review functionality. Easy for the customers to submit reviews, easy for us to publish them. They're well formated and look attractive on the site. Service from the Judge.me team is absolute A1. We had a couple of teething issues and the team responded within minutes to every support request, and gave us quick solutions and thorough well explained supplementary information so that we really understood how the app interacts with our site. Highly recommend Judge.me to anyone wanting a great reviews app for their Shopify site.

Update to add: This app is getting me more and better quality reviews than I received with Yotpo. And the support has continued to be lightning fast and outstanding! Original: I just switched to this app from Yotpo because I was paying $50/month for only 100 review emails and they just weren't accumulating fast enough. So the unlimited reviews alone was enough for my to switch. The setup support has been amazing. Highly recommend!

This app works great to automate collecting real reviews! There are multiple options for displaying it on our site, and it loads quickly on the product pages. Their customer support is very helpful as well, whenever we have had any questions about setting up the app. The user interface takes a little getting used to but is definitely usable, and lower monthly cost than most comparable apps I have seen. Overall highly recommend!

I was having problems with my reviews not showing up. I contacted customer service and they fixed the problem for me straight away! I hadn't enabled the widget. I am not technical so this level of service was definitely appreciated. I am a very happy lady now seeing my fab reviews on my website!

The app has always worked very well, but what is most impressive is any time I have ever had an issue such as a theme update and needed support, it has been provided instantaneously.
