I lOVVEEE this app! its perfect for everything I need it for and was looking for in a review page. I had some issues at first trying to get my review page set up, but I contacted them and they responded really fast and trouble shouted me through the whole thing. I definitely recommend this app if you're looking for a professional review page for your site :)

Firstly, I'm shocked at how good value this app is. It's comprehensive, easy to use and packed full of features. Secondly, the support is second to none, I don't think I've come across better support on Shopify. Keep up the good work!

Absolutely stellar. I am absolutely sure that having such a powerful and versatile review system is significantly contributing to our conversion rate. Getting our JudgeMe reviews listed on Google surfaces was easy as well. Support is excellent. I really can't recommend this app enough!

Great app. After researching a dozen or so options, I went with JudgeMe. This app offers every feature that EVERY single other competitor limits or charges extra $$$ for. It even has a LOOX-style layout option with photos. Huge thanks to the team for their truly amazing support (and for putting up with my requests.) Update 9/22/20—Hands down, this team is the BEST in the app store. They are always available to help, never make you feel like jackass if your issue is minor (user error), and consistently turnaround requests faster than I ever expect. Simply phenomenal.

Great app and excellent customer service, Cesar was able to help me import reviews on a new created listing when I did not know what I was doing and made my day! We recommend the app if you want your ratings to appear on Google shopping or just need reviews to show on your Shopify store.

I needed to hide a column of reviews to my product pages and the customer service team did it very fast, even though i am using the free package. Will definitely upgrade to a paid subscription when the time comes

This app is amazing! I need an app where I easily showcase my customer reviews on each product. I love that my costumers can add a photo to the product as a picture speaks a thousand words. Customizing the email template and all the features on the app is easy, it took me about 15 - 30 minutes to customize everything. The customer support is what sold me on this app. I sent them an email with questions about switching from Yotpo to their app and they quickly replied to my emails with answers and helped me turn off the code from Yotpo to add their app code. They also helped me add stars to my products which is something I struggled with Yotpo. $15 for customizing an email template, automatic reviews with pictures, carousel reviews, and more is a steal! I finally found an app where I can easily edit the settings to my liking. The customer supports is always ready to help me, thank you! Definitely give this app a try, is worth every cent.

I love how flexible and comprehensive this app is. It is compatible with my page builder hence this is a really good app to use.

I use this APP to help the store add reviews and further increase the conversion rate. The display of reviews on the page is perfect, which helps us increase sales. The support team responded very quickly, as long as 10 minutes, which was great.Although I only use the free plan, their help is as friendly.

We've just switched to Judge.me after getting no reviews with another app and now we are getting regular reviews. Makes it simple for our customers to leave reviews. Hooray! Thank you!

I've recently added this app to my store https://notboringhome.com so that customers can leave feedback on our home decor. It was simple to install and started bringing in reviews very quickly. But a few weeks after setting it up, Google notified me of an indexing issue via Console. I contacted support through chat and Louis from Judge.me helped me on the spot (on a Saturday!). He made sure the Google error was resolved and even helped me discover a few other errors I needed to fix on my end. Top notch support! Never experienced this with any other app. I highly recommend!

This is a good app. It can be customized which is great. The customer service is exceptional. No wait times on chat and you can tell they're only corresponding with you and not 12 others at the same time. The modifications I wanted were all taken care of and the customer service rep even made suggestions and made other great modifications. It's really great that they'll make the adjustments for you and not just send you instructions. Highly recommend. I'll be able to leave a more specific app review once I've used it!
