Great app with lots of features with a reasonable price (I am still on the free version since my website is not ready yet!) Customer service and support are AWESOME, FAST and FRIENDLY even on weekends. Thanks and congratulations for providing such a great service for people.

Yotpo features, but awesome price. Judge.Me guys rock. They are so helpful when we change themes, to make sure it's setup and looks good. That's stellar service. I'm so happy with that. I'd pay $10 extra. But you don't charge, and that's the best kind of service. Filling a need we didn't know we needed, but still had, and without asking. Bamn, bad ass business. Judge.me fan forever. Yotpo isn't worth it.

By far the best review app available for Shopify. It is the only one which allows to group reviews for similar products. And even better, it allows to sync reviews between stores. We use copies of our store for different currencies. The only small issue is, it is a bit more complicated to install with the theme. But the support is quick and very helpful.

I've tested a lot of review apps and this one is the best by far (and cheaper than most others!). Tony and the rest of the support team at Judge.me was extremely helpful. They helped me implement some code and even helped me with the CSS to match it to my theme design. Can't say enough good things about this app.

By far the best value 3rd party review app (I previously tried Yotpo, Shopify native reviews and another I forgot the name of)! Customer support is absolutely stellar (my issues were resolved in a few hours each time).

Amazing App and Amazing support! Seriously why would you use anything else for your reviews? Our review count started flowing in like a river as soon as we installed this app which then lead to a huge increase in sales. Its worth every penny and literally pays for itself x 10 !

I am writing this review after using the app for almost 6 months. the best review app for free! i have used few other so called high rated apps. but Judge.me is another level. you will get all premium features for free. just get this app for your website and you will not get disappointed.

This is a fantastic app for managing reviews. We have more than 10k reviews and the integration was super smooth. Very happy with the app, it has everything you need and more. Moreover, the support is one of the best I have found here. Definitely I would recommend Judge.me to anyone :)

Judge.me is a great review app. Frontend most review apps look more or less the same. You have some stars, a name and a review. Backend is where Judge.me shines. Easy to use, easy to customize and EXCELLENT for shops in languages other than English, as you can easily translate everything on one place on the dashboard. Of course I managed not to find this dashboard (which is PEBCAK because it's as simple as clicking 'settings' in the app), but with excellent assistance from Tony at customer service (shoutout to Adam at Shopify CS too) I was guided to the right place and could easily do everything I needed to make the review section look great. 10/10, would recommend.

There are so many review apps in shopify and get confusing. I've tired several apps and I like this one the best. Offered many functions and also the customer support is EXCELLENT! The price is also reasonable. Definitely recommended :)

The app works great. The reviews are definitely helping generate more sales. But what is top notch is the customer service. They have people replying to me during north american business hours, and their concierge service makes sure the app is installed and working after you make any theme updates.

It's true that there are so many apps for reviews. But Judge.me... offers the best experience, best features and the most important... customer service !! A must have app for any store. Highly recommended.

Excellent app for getting genuine reviews/feedback from our customer and essential to improving our customer's experience. We used another third-party review service when our store was running on Magento and Judge.me produced more reviews and has more bang for buck.
