I don't often write reviews but this app is great! Super customizable and the support team is amazing! Yotpo wanted over 8k/year for their review service and this has the same review features for only $15/month. We use this for both Detour Sunglasses and our other store Meraki Bracelets. I'd definitely recommend this, wish we stumbled across this app sooner!

Excellent app for the price. There are other reviews apps out there with more functionality, but they charge an arm and a leg. We have used this app for 6 months now and are very happy. We collected nearly a 1000 reviews. That shows that the app's email solicitations are getting a good response rate from our customers. Customer support is very responsive.

5 stars, clearly deserved! I have tested quite some Review Apps and I believe that this one is by far the best. The handling is super-easy. Also, if you are switching from another platform to Shopify, you can easily import your reviews without wasting a lot of time. Customer service is great too! If you install a new theme, you don't even have to write them an e-mail They will text you right after you have installed their app and ask you if you want them to adjust their app to the new theme! Click a link - job done! Couldn't ask for more...

This app is not only the best, brilliant, fantastic, awesome, unique, they also have the most great and brilliant, fantastic, awesome, unique, team the I even had in my life, but the app it self is amazing!!! easy to use, simple to see and fantastic for what you get in return from........ If you are thinking twice about to install this app, please stay away because probably you mot only not understand what this app can do for you but also you may have a bad intention to give a bad review of this great app and team because probably you may come from another app that you may consider the best one and come here just to turn around it which is very bad and not honest at all.........keep in mid that and think as customer before you become or maybe already seller and think only on how to sale, but you may forget how honestly the buyer thinking when they come to your shop to buy something, what you looking for at beginning when you visit any online shop? think about it, the first think you going to get into your mind is, how can I trust this shop, there are others previous buyer that have come here and place any orders? because it is human been and we cannot change that what is in the our nature.....so if you think this.....may you need this app for your shop because not only give what I have mentioned here which was TRUST!! but also what you get is a unique , awesome, team support that you can ask anything about the app placement and they do it for you....NO ADDITIONAL COST AT ALL. WORNING!!! DANGEROUS!!! If you do not consider this app as the greatest and very useful app review to increase your conversion, then you may need to leave your shop business. It not only does what is described but also the greatest team support they have the I never seen.....only Shopify itself has. I have asked some customization for my shop, and guess what? they not only did what I have asked for, but also give me an opportunity to increase the value of my shop and of course increase the conversion that a shop needs. Believe me or not, but today online buyers what to see proof, evidences of what the product is about and not only time counter or trust widgets, they want to see what you wish to see on the shop that you may interested of......so do not waste your time looking for app reviews for your shop, and do not be shame to ask anything you may need for your shop, they are great team.....great support....thank you so much to PJ Celis and Annie Le to giving what I have asked that it also was out of they journey. Thank you again and again.

This is a great app, I recommend it for every store. It works great and easy to install. And also the customer service team is awesome, very helpful.

Initial hiccups on installation as we had a current provider/platform for reviews. Made contact with the Judge.me Developer and within 1 hour we had migrated from our old provider to the Judge.me platform where we will be staying. I have yet to look at some of the other features but we upgraded straight away. We look forward to growing our Reviews base with Judge.me

Judge.Me is everything we looked for in a reviews app and more. Always coming out with new features, converts well, and now has an integration with Smile.IO. Couldn't be happier. Thanks PJ and team :)

This app has everything you need to import reviews onto your store from Aliexpress and just the way you'd like it. You can choose exactly which reviews you want to load to your store individually from the ones you have imported. Also, the support for this app is exceptional! They responded to my email almost immediately and my problem was solved likewise! Super helpful and efficient. Can't wait to see what more this app has in store (pun intended).

This App propelled our business forward. We were using another competitor app for this but were unhappy with the "Pay for more volume" thinking - so we imported all our reviews to Judge.me. as a future cost saving exercise. However, upon using the app the value to our business became much more apparent. We now rank #1 on Google search in our industry for our country. We are generating content and reviews in the hundreds and we have control over our reviews. Even more - when you contact support to help with something extra they are lightning quick and very helpful - awesome experience . I waited a long time to write this review. We've used Judge.me for quite some time now, and I can say definitively that it is without question the greatest value of any review app on Shopify. Their feature set is robust, it integrates with tons of other apps, allows all the customization you could want, and has enough built-in presets so that a novice can get it set up with ease. They do not twist your arm to get you to leave reviews here unlike many other apps. They simply provide the best service you will find anywhere on Shopify knowing that eventually you will come to leave the review they deserve. I have had probably half a dozen silly questions that I filed support tickets for, and all of them were answered quickly and professionally (none of them were the fault of Judge.me or the result of any bug). I once sent them on a wild goose chase to debug the Judge.me app, only to discover it was another app I had installed that was bugged - which they identified. In terms of app review features, I don't have any idea why anyone would use Yotpo when this is available. Wait, no that's not true. People use Yotpo because it's massively hyped with a sleek marketing video to entice gullible newbies to pay absurd recurring+usage fees for something you can get here at a tiny fraction of the cost. Judge.me quite literally has the same feature-set with better support at a fraction of the price. That's not hyperbole, that's fact. Do yourself a favor and go with Judge.me, and if you already have another review app it's probably time to consider migrating.

Awesome app, love everything about it so far. I took the time to look the other reviews apps and for the price, this is one is by far the best on the market right now.

Just installed the app and very impressed with it so far. The Judge.me team helps with the installation making it very simple. Overall the features it provides are quite robust. We were using Yotpo previously and this app is comparable but has a better user interface. It's def worth trying out for the price!

The best review app we have worked with. Customer support fixed any issues we have had in a timely manner. This is all you can ask of support. This was our third review app we tried and have stayed with for over a year now. Would recommend and have recommended.

I was having a bad transition while switching from another review app to this, however, their live chat support has been doing so well. They helped me on that. Kudos to the team!

Just got this app added to my site. They even added it for me on my products pages! The support has been amazing. They added it super fast- under an hour from my install, answered questioned I had pronto. So far so good!
