Great App. Using the free version which is sufficient for us at this stage. Great support with a couple of issues. Resolved really quickly and efficiently. Works great with Aliexpress Review importer. Recommend .

Awesome review app, I was planning on upgrading from the free Reviews app from Shopify. Needed something basic, but that would engage shopper to go back and post reviews. Worked really well with Judge.me. Imported old reviews, send email to hundreds of shoppers from past months that haven't left reviews yet. The app does require some coding knowledge to some advanced features, but the support team was quick and assisted me through all my necessities.

Absolutely fantastic support service and fantastic app with all the functions and tools you will need! I have no coding experience so the support team was able to guide me through each step and help me setup the widget exactly as I needed it to be. And I'm very very thankful for that. I highly recommend this app and will definitely use it for our other stores as well!!

Super responsive to issues - I was in a bit of a fix after I changed my theme but all issues were resolved in under 5 mins:)

After a few hiccups my issue was sorted out without actually having to ask. All is now good again with my reviews :)

Without any doubt, the best product review application. Customer support is second to none. Irrespective of time difference, they have responded to various queries I have made and carried out required corrections. I would definitely recommend.

The custom installation was almost instantly done. This app is easy to set up. I wanted to make minor modifications and had lots of questions on how to. The customer service is very quick and helpful! Every time I sent questions, I received replies within in a few hours or less with all the help I need. Importing reviews were pretty straight forward. I had to use csv files, and it worked out nicely. I would definitely recommend this app!

Fantastic App! Easy to use with a lot of great functionality. I highly recommend.

Pretty easy to use, took me a minute to figure out how to work the 2 apps together but after that even on the free version they have someone come into your store and put in the reviews on the product pages and stuff like that for you, took like 10 minutes after i got the app, 100% would recommend

[UPDATE] Jun 14, 2018 I'm almost a year in and still really loving Judge.me It does everything you want, I haven't had any issues whatsoever and any inquiries and responded to very quickly --- So far I am very happy with this app. Install was seamless, they even have a concierge service that removed my old apps code. They came highly recommended to me from a friend that has used 5 different services and loves Judge.me. I was having a lot of issues with my old app and their support wasn't very good or their product. This has all the features I want, is very straight forward and easy to use. I love that they don't send repeat review requests to customers that have already reviewed a product, especially since I have a consumable.

Great integration with our site. The initial set up went flawlessly and PJ at Judge.Me adjusted any of the elements we wanted to make it look just like our theme. Judge.Me is an exceptional value compared to Yotpo and I highly recommend making the switch.

I am very pleased with this app and the service from the developing team. I have been looking for something like this for a while and looking for something good to fit my store in the way I want it. The developers worked with me to get the app exactly how I wanted it and made the app fit my store perfectly! I've recently installed this app and I can tell that there are more features including rich snippets (great for SEO) available even in the free version! The dashboard of reviews is easy to view as it tells be exactly the status of whether I've replied to a comment or not. Customer service is great and quick at receiving your in-app service requests to install certain features through the click of buttons! They email you to let you know what's happening too, which is awesome. Keep up the great work!

The support provided by these guys is exceptional! It's a great product for sure, but it's the level of service and genuine interest in helping you achieve what you're after that really stands out. Tony, Annie and in particular Octavian have gone out of their way to answer questions, make suggestions, and assist me in customising the integration for our needs. While some other review providers actively turn off functionality for smaller/growing businesses, these guys aim to deliver as much as they can.
