Great app and easy to use. Does what a review app is supposed to do and is very simple to use since you dont have to install it yourself. Judge.me also offers excellent customer support that really helped us out. Would definitely recommend this app to other Shopify users

I love this app. I'm still exploring but the customer service is amazing and I love how the widget looks on the storefront for mobile and desktop. I've gone through a few but I think Judge.me has a customer for life!

Love it, super easy to setup. Works great. I do get occasional spam reviews which is very weird but I simply HIDE them (do not publish them). I was also able to import all of my old reviews from WEEBLY via CSV and ones I imported into SHOPIFY as well. super easy! If you have reviews from outside of Shopify and you can create a CSV file (they provide you with a template I believe) you can easily import them.

Very good customer support. Quick to respond and even quicker to fix the issue at hand, its worth choosing this app just because of the service I think.

I highly recommend this app. They've made it so easy for my customers to leave reviews and the interface is fairly straight forward. If I can't figure something out, I email customer service and they always handle it in a reasonable amount of time. Definitely a great addition to my store and an overall good investment!
