I use this app to solicit and display ratings and reviews from my customers. I've only used it for a day but it seems to be working fine. I did have to contact customer service and a fellow named Thinh was most helpful in manually turning off the review widget on certain products. He was quick in his responses and resolved my issue to my satisfaction. That's impressive these days!

This app and the developer is excellent! I needed a small customisation to help make the review interface look neater and cleaner and match my brand look. They did this at lightning speed! Fantastic app and customer support! I highly reccomend them!

Great customer service! Mark resolved an issue and went above and beyond in helping me get around an issue I had with a 3rd party app, preventing my orders from being fetched.

If your not using this app, your a fool... Judge.me is the best reviews app bar none. It's worth 3 times the $15/month charge and it generates a constant feed of new business by automatically posting reviews via social media. We estimate about 25% of our customers leave reviews, way beyond Yotpo, Kudos and Olark (we've tried them all!) Oh and Judge.me's service is extremely responsive and helpful!
