The easiest app install ever, with just perfect 24/7 customer support. Ridiculously good!! We did a long product comparison between 8 or 9 different review platforms and apps and throughout Judge.me shone out not just for the value but the lack of functionality paywalls.. If you subscribe to their ONE subscription plan (the one that isnt limited by the number of orders, or invites or requests you send) you get everything they have got.. which is an ace way of doing business, little known in these days of "value adding" subscription steps. The install went really smoothly but not without a couple of small (learning curve) bumps.. didnt worry though as the minute we hit the install button and started switching things on, we had a member of the support team immediately reach out to us to help with the deployment (TOP MARKS to Cesar and Louis in their support team). All theme modifications were deployed for us, with the understanding that the team would move around anything we didnt like. We have mostly down to our own fault needed live chat support a couple of times since install and every single time the fix has been delivered before I even expected an first response. The functionality is great both for product reviews and shop reviews, plugging both into Google Ads and Structured data serps on autopilot. The only piece missing is Google Seller Ratings, but heres hoping Google finally get around to certifying Judge.me for that as well. The level of customisation within the review widgets, emails, Customer Photo and Video social proof, Customer Q & A ( yes this gives you pretty much equivalent Review AND Q/A functionality as Amazon displays) is beyond belief and not just at the Ux side, but all the way through to behaviour and workflow. Really chuffed we found these guys and looking forward to growing quickly with their help

The app is amazing, the support is even better. They are so quick in responding and accurate in sorting out any issues you may have (and there aren't any issues really!). Love it!

After testing the application for a few days at the moment I can say that it is very easy to integrate and effective. In addition, the Judge.me team is very quick to solve any problem and respond by chat, which is much appreciated and helpful.

This app works great to automate collecting real reviews! There are multiple options for displaying it on our site, and it loads quickly on the product pages. Their customer support is very helpful as well, whenever we have had any questions about setting up the app. The user interface takes a little getting used to but is definitely usable, and lower monthly cost than most comparable apps I have seen. Overall highly recommend!

Super happy with the Judge.me app. We use it to gather customer reviews and it does exactly what it says on the tin; beautifully presented, super customisable review functionality. Easy for the customers to submit reviews, easy for us to publish them. They're well formated and look attractive on the site. Service from the Judge.me team is absolute A1. We had a couple of teething issues and the team responded within minutes to every support request, and gave us quick solutions and thorough well explained supplementary information so that we really understood how the app interacts with our site. Highly recommend Judge.me to anyone wanting a great reviews app for their Shopify site.

Really happy with the level of support provided by the development team and customer service. This is my first time installing a review app. Even though there is a lot to customize and learn at the onset, the Judge.me team was incredibly helpful in getting everything set up and running smoothly.

Update to add: This app is getting me more and better quality reviews than I received with Yotpo. And the support has continued to be lightning fast and outstanding! Original: I just switched to this app from Yotpo because I was paying $50/month for only 100 review emails and they just weren't accumulating fast enough. So the unlimited reviews alone was enough for my to switch. The setup support has been amazing. Highly recommend!

We use this app to help us manage, react and publish reviews on our site. As well as providing excellent functionality, the support team are absolutely fantastic; very helpful and always available. A great experience all round.

I have been using this app for several years and I have expanded the services and features as my business has grown. The app has always worked very well, but what is most impressive is any time I have ever had an issue such as a theme update and needed support, it has been provided instantaneously.

I was having problems with my reviews not showing up. I contacted customer service and they fixed the problem for me straight away! I hadn't enabled the widget. I am not technical so this level of service was definitely appreciated. I am a very happy lady now seeing my fab reviews on my website!

I use this app to import reviews to my store and its free, unlike other apps, it does an amazing job.

I have installed the app just today and playing around with it to see if it is for me. I needed help with one of the settings on my store and requested for it in chat. Guess what it was done in couple of mins and I was able to see the change I requested for. Super fast and awesome service! I am going to try it to see how my customers like it but I am definitely impressed with the service level. Much recommended!
