The app works well. I don't have any complaint about it. What's the best part about Judge.me is the service team. It is simply the best you could hope for. They've helped me numerous times setting up widgets or going from WooCommerce to Shopify. They answer very quickly and explain thing step by step, very efficiently, clearly, nicely and with patience.

Easy to install, easy to use, good options in the free version. Used it for months, found it useful enough to upgrade to paid option for even more features. Highly recommend.

I am very happy with this review app. I tried several different apps before landing on this one and it is definitely the best. Very easy interface to use and integrates well with my theme and other apps I have installed. Customer service is always quick to answer as well.

The app is really good thought. Moreover, the support is really quick. In fact and to be honest I send a Mail to Mohammed someone in the support. The guy took 3 minutes to answer and he had solve the problem I had. So... Thank you to you guys.

Very easy to set up. We used to use the free Shopify review app and rarely got any reviews. Now with Judge.me we get reviews everyday! And we're just using the free version for now. We'll probably upgrade to the paid version soon to get more functions.

Phenomenal customer support - easy to set up and no bugs. Can't stress enough how good the support is. In this day and age that's everything.

What we really like about Judgeme - Importing old reviews from other platforms or from manual spreadsheets - Sending emails to old orders. Lots of control on who the emails get sent to. - Easy code installation. We did a manual install to get the placement as per our liking. Really like the customization it offers - Can create all review pages - The cost is not exorbitant for a small shop that's starting out.

This is going to be maybe the most honest review I've ever given. I was working with a big review app, maybe the biggest for one of my stores and I had a few problems there with importing my reviews, the response I got from the apps customer service was how to solve the issue and to talk to them when it solved, so basically I was trying to solve the issue for the past 2 weeks and after I had enough with trying to solve it I switched my review app to this one, Judge.me which I am using for my 2 other stores. I had the same problem here with the importing but the difference was Bilal, this guy from the apps customer service was with me for almost 6 hours!! solving any problem I had with the import process and making sure everything was running smothly. In general, I am working with this app for a couple of months now and everything is just perfect! and if it doesn't these guys will be with you till it's solved. Not the first time they are with me for a few hours till things are solved, really appreciate you guys and I am definitely will work only with you from now on. Again thank you :)
