It have a lot of customizable feature. I just chat with Marcus from the support to help me enable time expiracy module, and he did it shortly after.

We just added the app and customer service is amazing! Had a small issue and Marcus fixed it immediately for us!

We are currently re platforming over to shopify and needed an app to manage and update our loyalty points scheme, Liz from support was able to activate everything for us quickly and efficiently and we are up and running within minutes

I use this app for the rewards program for my online cosmetics store. Jasmine was super helpful in my setup process and making sure that the app runs smoothly for me. I highly recommend using this app! It's very user friendly and an excellent way to add incentives for your customers.
