The app is easy to use and the helpdesk service is very responsive. I interacted with Hana, who was able to answer my questions quickly.

Entre todos os sistemas de fidelidade que já testei, nenhum se compara ao Joy, sobretudo quanto ao time que presta suporte. Que está sempre disposta em ajudar e lhe auxiliar no mínimos detalhes. Eu não teria outra ferramenta a indicar se não o Joy, muito robusta e funcional, faz o cliente realmente querer fazer parte do programa de fidelidade. 
Mais do que super indico.

Asked the chat how to do something, he said i needed to buy the pro plan to do it, so i purchase the pro plan then the next person that joined the chat said i can't do it and i need to pay 10x more! We are under the Free Trial currently, and we had a few questions. We contacted customer support, and Hana was amazing.
