If you are a print shop or custom apparel shop such as myself, this is THE ONLY APP FOR YOU. It was so hard for me to find an app that incorporated commercial & apparel printing. I'm not even kidding, I tried EVERY app Shopify had to offer for customizing a wide array of products. This is the only one that seemed like they had real insight into the printing industry, which is shown by the options they give you to work with. You can realllyyyy fine tune the pricing on here as well, down to charging by the square inch for prints. It is also super user friendly ! Also to top it all off, Jahangir is super responsive & very helpful ! I would recommend his app to anyone & I am super excited to get my store live !

I run a print shop and have often struggled finding product mockup generators for my site that include variant selections, that can also help determine discounts & order quantity per variant. That was my problem until I found Inkybay, it does just that and then some. Inkybay by far outreaches the competition in the print shop space. Very easy to use and little learning curve needed to get this awesome app working for you! Oh yeah, they're support team was very prompt and helpful as well!

So far NO GOOD - App constantly freezes up in the back end - ! Locks me OUT COMPLETELY! Also when adding text or images at a specific size needed, SAY 10.5" wide - this app does not preview a typed in value correctly. instead, it previews it the entire width of the shirt.

I love this app, It has all I need in terms of customization for products in my new Store, it looks amazing and with almost no effort, You can create stunning User experiences that will amaze your customers and also it will make your products super easy to customize. Customer service went above and beyond to help me, I could not be more happy with the help assistance I got from the customer service team, They are super friendly and professional, every single question, concern, and request I had was solved and explain promptly and satisfactorily. 100% recommended, Stop looking around for product customizer apps, I tried many different ones and I can say with confidence that Inkybay is 10 times better than any other one I tried.

I have tried other custom apps and they were never truly what weI needed. I was waiting for an app that suited our needs to come along. We needed a few tweaks. Works great and customer service is awesome and fast!!

We recently switched DIY t-shirt apps. We couldn't be more pleased. Initially we were taken aback by the price for upgraded version. But let me tell you. It's MORE than worth it. Their quick responses from the help desk, their willingness to assist and coach you through the process...let's just say you're paying for fantastic service and a great looking, user friendly app. It's worth the $50/mo.

I attempted to contact support several times and so did my staff, useless and unhelpful responses that basically just linked to a online instructions with sporadic information. Terribly hard to work out and does not have the features that it states in the product description (or at best the description is misleading). The support was brilliant up until the point that i installed the app - then they don't care and spend their time concentrating on getting new customers... UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO REPLY I sent multiple emails asking about how text can be changed and added by a customer and was simply sent links to instruction manual. You've replied faster to this review than to any of the unanswered emails, which somewhat proves my point about you being more concerned with gaining new customers instead of supporting existing ones.

The app is amazing.They have tools and templates that are easy to set up and convert well. The customer service is really there to help you out. Their support is really solid, and Rashed has been super helpful to us

This app helps a lot with designing. It's in-depth, and I love how you can customize the CSS on a lot of it for a personalized look. The live chat support helps SO much too. If you need them to teach you something, they show screenshots of where/what they did. All-in-all, great program and service. We're sticking with this one :)

I've been using this app for almost a year, Great integration, Great App, and an amazing UI, Very simple to use. I love the idea of the SVG clipart, so the client can choose the different colors on the graphics. Excellent App

I've researched mostly all of the current customization type of apps offered within Shopify and don't waste your time with the other apps, try this one out, it will impress. It's perfect for any sort of customizations you want to add to your product.

Absolutely fantastic! Could not ask for a better app so suited for our store. Integration was easy and the support on a few technical things were sorted out the same day by the support team. In my eyes deserves more than 5 stars!

I've had this app going on 10 months now, the developers has made great strides to bring printers an affordable and quality customization app. Customer service is very professional and prompt. They have answered all of my concerns and have assisted in anything I might have done incorrect. This app is a no brainer for anyone in the printing industry. Prices are great, app quality is superb.

Customer service is AAA. The app is easy to install and it has some extra features for customization. Much better than what I used to have.

The functionality of the designer is the absolute best option on shopify. My experience with customer support has been second to none. Great experience all around.

I use this app for my product customization and i love the features but the true value is service and help you get while you learn to use the app. Use the features and communicate with the online help because they are who make work fun to learn. Did i mention, lots of cool features? They are ready to assist you too. Very happy. I alway have that assistance no matter when i am work on my products. Great app.

Easy to set-up and configure custom products. Love the front-end editor on a desktop. Mobile UI is better than what we had before, but still isn't verry easy to make a custom design on a phone. That's a bit of a drawback, because more and more people want to use their phone to shop online. Sevice is great. When you have a problem they look in to it an try to fix it asap. When you have questions, just ask and you'll get a very fast response. Great app definately worth the money!

So far this app has been really good. The service is attentive and they help with any issue, although I have a had very little. I look forward to using this app. The set up is intuitive and they thought of almost everything you would need.

At the risk of sounding too much like other reviews, I have to say we echo much of what has been said already. We have really enjoyed using this app. We have tried many design studios, including much more expensive ones that don't function nearly as responsively as this one. Customer service has been quick to respond to our questions and special requests. Tutorials for every section are readily available within the app, making setup fairly easy. The studio loads quickly, scales perfectly on mobile, and is deeply customizable. The interface appears simple, but is surprisingly deep and complex - the app can be used for a variety of items and has some products pre-loaded as well. It's difficult to explain how deep this app really is - it can definitely keep up with the other guys on the market. Loading custom products is easy, as well as assigning various prices based on sizes, colors, printing methods, or whatever you choose. Rashed has been awesome at providing clear, easy to understand solutions to any issues we had. Photos/Videos are provided for any changes we need to make on our end, while other customization requests have been honored surprisingly quick. We work in a very complex market (screen printing and embroidery) and it can be difficult to price all the different scenarios our customers can choose from. Inkybay however has met our needs and we haven't even used it to it's full potential (for example: creating art designs and adding more custom graphics). We look forward to continuing to use this app and are very happy with it.

Love the application. We were initially searching for an application that would stand toe to toe with the customization tools bigger companies use, and inkybay surely hit the spot. The features at first are simple to work with, but offer more complex customization settings to allow a more complex design scheme. There are tutorials provided all through the application to help alleviate any issue you might have as well as a very prompt support team ready to answer all your questions. I can't tell you how many times Rashed has helped me solve issues and question. We even had complex requests for our application and the team quickly got the job done way ahead of time. Simply put; if you're on the hunt for an shopify applications that can allow your customers to customize just about any product you can think of, this is the application for you. 5/5, perfect!

FunGiftWrap.com This app does exactly what we wanted. The customer uploads their image to our designs and we create custom printed gift wrap. Any feature i was looking for is in the app. The support is great, usually on line or will usually fix first let me know to check out the fixes I requested. Very responsive support 5 stars. I am currently on the Advanced Plan and will be going to the Professional plan soon as we add additional designs for our customers. There is very extensive back end functionality with the ability to make many tweaks. I do wish the instructions were better, but when I have a problem, Inkybay has explained it in an email and in some cases have created a private video to better explain the issue. This app is fantastic! I went through nine different customization apps- installing each app, learning to use them, trying to make them do what I wanted-- but every app had at least one "deal-breaker" that made me uninstall it. You may think I'm exaggerating, but I'm not. Nine customization apps that you can find here on Shopify. Inkbay's was the tenth, and this powerful app is the only one that allowed me to do everything I needed, and even included a few features that I hadn't thought of, but were great improvements over the way I planned to do things. The app is not the easiest to understand at first glance, but the Inkbay support team was happy to arrange a Skype call to guide me through and answer all of my questions. Once you get the concept, everything falls into the place, and working with the interface becomes simple. Inkbay's app allows you to have an incredible number of variations and options to your product, and to view those variations through custom images. Pricing can be adjusted within each individual option and the customer can see price changes dynamically as they make their picks. And the personalization tools are top notch! They include scores of fonts, but you can upload your own. Customers can curve text, resize text, flip text, add drop-shadows, outlines. There's also a simple clip-art gallery (you can add more images to it if you want something fancier) and customers can upload their own images. Just fantastic stuff. And as hard as it is to believe, the customer service is even better than the app! The gang at Inkbay has completed every request I have made. They completely re-designed the interface to suit my design sensibilities and the style of my site. I sent them what I wanted the interface to look like (a completely new design) and, within a few days, they had the interface looking exactly like what I had sent. This type of custom design work would have cost thousands if I had hired someone to do it. The Inkbay team did it for free. It's obvious that they are committed to top-notch support for their app, and that they hold themselves to a very high standard. I couldn't be happier with them and their app. Can't rate this app highly enough.

This is a full feature app with great support. I've had numerous changes or requested customizations and at each stage, the support has been great. The professional level is expensive, but can't beat the flexibility. I've tried to work with other customization tools and this one is the only one I've found (and I've looked for alternatives) that offers flexibility, features, and ability to customize. Good app...highly recommend.
