This is the best app on the market for customizing products! The service is top notch! I highly recommend them for anyone looking to customize their products. Best decision we ever made was to load this app!

We looked around for a long time to find an app that did everything we needed. After using 3 or 4 different ones we finally discovered Inkybay Product Customers. This app offers loads more features than the others, and the inbuilt quantity breaks tiered pricing option means we could remove another app we were paying for! Its sleek and easy to use, has more features than I have had time to look at yet, but the very best thing about this app is the support. Rashed is a master at sorting out problems quickly. I emailed him at 2am UK time, and by the time I woke up at 9am he had sorted out the problem, and emailed me a response of how to avoid running into the same issues again. Looked for a long time to find an app that did every we needed. We came across this app and it did most of the requirements. However once installed the developers were always on hand for questions and small changes that worked better for us. Really helpful staff and app now does everything we needed it to. Amazing. This is just what we have been looking for in an online design tool. Seem a little overwhelming and complex at first, but after a little awhile it becomes pretty easy to maneuver through the admin. The support by the staff is second to none. They are always there with a a solution, fix or workaround. HIGHLY recommended!

This app is complex, and I mean that in the best way possible. Our needs were complex and it covered just about everything and more. Anything we couldn't achieve with the oem app, the inkybay team was eager to help shape and customize the app to work perfectly to our needs. Support is timely, they always follow up through email, and are extremely receptive to your desires. If you're out there fishing for an app that allows customers to customize your product, look no further. Be prepared to read up on the guides provided and don't be afraid to ask their team question. Rashed Lemon was a god send and always had an answer or video for me to watch that would teach me even more about the program. Seriously, I'm not just talking this up to talk it up; our company spent years trying to build what this team had already mastered. Best customized product app on shopify.

The product design app is very extensive and has everything it takes to personalize the products !! Not entirely unimportant, the suport is really great, via the chat direct contact with someone who helps you to solve problems, settings and change!

I highly recommend InkyBay and I'll tell you why.... I've wasted a lot of time with FOUR other APPS that cannot product the dedicated service the technical team at InkyBay provides. Installation is fast. Support is LIVE during their business hours and ANSWERS are immediate! With other APPS, my requests were ignored, unanswered and left my theme in a mess when uninstalling. I've been in business over 35 years and online for 25 of that time. I'm telling you that InkyBay is where you need to be as a Shopify owner selling products for customizing. They are there EVERY STEP of the way with you as you learn and their 14 day trial period is much more than enough time, adequately, for you to learn the Dashboard and what's expected. I plan on carrying them with me as I grow. The App does what it says it will do AND MORE. It's JUST what I was looking for and I wish I had found them much sooner!

This product is so versatile and capable of so many things, it is a bit intimidating at first. My advice is to just jump in and get your feet wet. The support staff is, HANDS DOWN, the best of any application I have ever used. They helped me with 5 different issues, all my fault, in the course of a day and had everything running beautifully. They are fast, efficient, and extremely friendly. There is no better customization application for Shopify, I have tried them all! Best of all, with this application, you can download the designs as a vector file, perfect for us since we do engraving, vinyl, and CNC work as well as print work. Thanks for everything guys, You have earned a permanent customer!

I had been back & forth whether this app was right for me however it turns out that this is the only genuinely great product designer that there is in my opinion. As with all product customisers there are a learning curve & it took me a little while to get my head around it however the amazing support I have received while I have got to know the software has been amazing! I you have any product that needs to be customisable, install this app & chat to the team & they will make it happen for you.

The app works great for us! The best part of Inkbay is their incredible, prompt customer support. If you have any issue with their system, Jahangir and the Inkbay live support team respond within hours to help. Their focus on customer satisfaction allowed us to smoothly transition to their platform without any major concerns. Would definitely recommend for small businesses like ours.

Great support team who is always there to help! Anything from basic questions to tweaking features in the app. The UX is not as intuitive as you'd like it. Still works well but definitely room for improvement. I just started using the app but I have high hopes and recommend it.

What a great app. I've been looking for something like this for over a year. I have tried virtually all others then came across this. It's the perfect app for what I need and easy to navigate. I jumped on it yesterday and began setting up products, I came across a couple of little issues and contacted Support. The issues were sorted within seconds by Rashed. He was a tremendous help and talked me through how to solve the issues aswell as lending a hand. I highly recommend this app and many thanks to Rashed. 5 Stars from me.

Very Reliable and when you need customer service they are extremely responsive and show step by step how to update and fix your problems.

English insturctions are very poor, the app is very confusing, it wasn't well made.

I have used and had apps built for me over the past 20 years ~ always bugs and non responsive on many platforms. This is the 1st product i have found that does what it says on the tin ! Totally responsive and works on PC/TABLET/MOBILE - Obviously with any new app you need to learn how to use it, but the support i received got me going within 2 days ( responses were quicker than this ! but i needed to train myself ). Early days to see what users think ! but i am very impressed. Don't waste time with anything else.

Top notch customer service, great app, good user experience. You can pretty much customize anything you want, great for shops with many products. Highly recommended!!

Great app with a lot of functionality that other design labs in the app store just don't seem to have. A bit confusing to navigate at first because there is so much tweaking that can be done, but the support team is always happy to help when needed.

Amazing product that has more features than most of the other customiser apps on the market. Customer support is also exceptional.

I am new to Product Customizer but I am very please with it. And I can't sing enough praise for their customer support! I don't recall ever giving a five star review for any product with anyone in the past. Unfortanely today most company's idea of customer support is lip service and an outdated, time wasting online FAQs or forums. Not Inky Bay. Whenever I need help they are there for me. I am still learning their product and have a lot more to learn but if their product is anything like Rashed of customer support, I will be a customer for a very long time.

This App is awesome, you can tailor the program to suite your needs for almost graphics/product combination. When you start to realize the depth the program has it can be daunting, however, it works in your favor. You can curtail the program in so many ways. In addition, the support from Rashed is truly top notch, either chat with him or email and guarantee you'll receive a response and get any problem you have solved!

This App solved my requirements. In the beginning, it's a little confusing to install by me, but thank for the excellent customer support, it is no problem. It works very well and provides an SVG format of the design by customers that make the engrave processing very easy and save our lots of time. The only negative is that it will create products in Shopify. Overall, excellent app and fantastic customer support! The develop team responsive to my specific needs and resolve any issues, even create a theme for us, so surprise! Thank you!
