Ran into a minor problem with the check box option but the customer support is very helpful and quick to respond, so it was solved immediately. Really happy with the support. Solution to our issue was given promptly and effectively. The product is great as well, currently we are only using a text box but it fits in seamlessly with our theme.

The app is awesome. Saves us a lot of time contacting customers asking how they want to personalize their gifts, and they are loving it because they aren't confused anymore. I got the "expert install service" and Logan was super helpful, quick to respond and is still providing amazing support on some questions I have. Definitely get this app!

I love how versatile this app is. I’ve been using it for months without a single issue. This weekend I ran into a couple problems that were persistent. Annette and Logan jumped in to help from support and solved it quickly for me. I highly recommend this app to others looking for easy seamless option solutions.

Very Helpful Developer. They handled the installation, and set-up my first form. The interface for this app is very interesting. It appears to provide much control. I am glad I had the developer set up the app - cause I may not have figured it out as quickly. The developer was very fast on responding to questions (and I had a few). Very helpful each time.
