Easy to use and customise my product orders.

soooo excited to have this option- this is exactly what i needed for my store!! Had trouble setting it up bc i know NOTHING about coding, or creating sites... nothing. But i chatted with Logan who was just so patient with me and walked me through all the things. Thank you A MILLION!!

Alan was a great help!!! I've been trying to add check boxes and a drop down menu for weeks with many different helps via chat and email; however today is the day that it was finally resolved and it was all thanks to Alan.One tech told me that it couldn't even be down; however, I've talked to so many tech people, i don't know if it was someone from Shopify or Shop Pad, but that doesn't matter now..BECAUSE...ALAN saved the day (REALLY MY PRODUCT LISTING SHOPIFY)!!! He asked me the right questions where I didn't feel like I was being talked down to (tech to dumb user...lol). He is knowledgeable and fixed my issue FINALLY!!! I AM ETERNALLY GRATEFUL!!!!!!!!!!! I've been on Shopify for since February, Shop Pad for at least 1.5 moths and Alan is the the first Shop Pad person that got me FINALLY where and what I needed with explanation so I don't make the same mistake or any others surrounding this issue again!!! THANK YOU!!! THANK YOU!!! THANK YOU!!! :D

Installed the app, encounter some issues like drop-down field length too long. However I engaged the support via live chat, and they just went in and resolve the issue by adding css code to make the field shorter. On top of it, they even added a script to make the app load faster, without even me asking for it. Well, what can I say, that is an awesome support I ever had. Thumbs UP!

Very helpful app. I love the way it seems to help my shop. I hope it will be the solutions for my whole problems. Love it.

What an amazing app. Had a small issue getting the options to line up on my store but I put in a request and within 24 hours the staff fixed my issues. Would HIGHLY recommend this app to anyone! Thanks again!

I couldn't get it working on my own because I have a complex theme and I wanted it to look a certain way and be in a certain location. I paid the $20 for having them code it - great price for what I received. Site now looks beautiful and so much more user friendly for custom made products.

customer service was great and helped me work out how to use the app. So far it looks like the app will be a big help.

I just had a great online chat with Logan. I was having problems installing the app for the second time on a new theme in Shopify. I had followed the directions correctly, but Logan was able to pin-point where I needed to change the tag language on my product collect in order for the app to work on my product page. I never would have figured this out myself! He also sent me some CSS code to help better fit the app elements on my product page, something he just did to be nice. It looks so much better and works great! You guys have a great customer service. Thanks again Logan! Kelly
